it is dying on reading some sort of data from the world's nbt. It doesn't say specifically what. If you share your level.dat file, I can try editing it and give it back to you to see if my edit fixes the loading. If it does, then bclib broke another thing that fabric api supposenly fixed

here, i edited it to remove the bumblezone dimension entry from it. Vanilla saves all dimensions loaded into the level.dat file. When removing a dimension, the dimension remains in the level.dat file. Fabric API is suppose to remove the entry if the mod is removed or something. But if BcLib does not also do that, then it reintroduced the crash that comes with removing dimension mods i think

if it still crashes, then idk. something got screwed up with the world's nbt.

Hi everyone! I'd like to ask please. I'm very new to Better MC, and just Modded Minecraft in general (though i have downloaded Forge and used a couple of miniscule mods previously). So, it made me quite confused when i saw the abundance of version of Better MC

1. Better MC [FORGE] 1.16.5
2. Better MC [PLUS] 1.16.5
3. Better MC [FORGE] 1.18.2
4. Better MC [PLUS] 1.18.2
5. Better MC [FABRIC] 1.19.2 & 1.18.2
6. Better MC [FORGE] 1.19.2

Between these 6 versions, generally speaking, which one is regarded as the best? By best, what i mean is it has the most variety of interesting mods, yet it's still stable/unproblematic, while also being most liked/preferred by the players?

Hello (Running 1.19.2 v5) ! I found some diamond pants in a dungeon that had a trashy enchant, when I went to disenchant at a grindstone I noticed it gave me a diamond instead of the pants. Research shows me that charm is the cause of this, is there a workaround? Sadly, I don't have the ability to edit the config files on the server I am playing.

(EDIT -> Found a workaround by damaging armor pieces)

Mostly just the mods available in the pack. I think 1.18.2 has the widest range of mods included, but you miss out on all the new and sweet 1.19.2 features.

I'm running Fabric 1.19 v5 and was wondering how you can see if certain mods are properly running. I can't for the life of me figure it out and I know "The Graveyard" was working when I started my world. I still have some generation and items from it. None of the mobs have spawned in a while and I miss them.

In-game you can hit ESC and click the mods button in your menu and see what's in there. As for knowing if it's working properly, I imagine if it wasn't, it'd be spitting out some type of error logs to your minecraft logs folder.

Looking at the mods page on CurseForge, it seems people are having similar issues actually. I'd check in with the mod's Discord, they might be able to help you better with that specific mod.

Hi! I'm trying to set up Better MC [FABRIC] 1.19.2 on a new server that I'm running from my machine. It seems like I can see the server, but I am consistently getting out of bounds exceptions when I try to connect to it from my client. Any ideas what I might be missing here?

I'm launching the client through curseforge, and my server is being launched through my own batch file with the contents of the server pack unzipped next to the server.jar.

you issue has nothing to do with bumblezone or dimensions. Something in your data folder in your world's save is corrupted. When I deleted data folder, I could enter world. I'll poke to see which file in there was corrupted

The fabricRegistry.dat file in the data folder is the specific file that was corrupted. You only need to delete that to fix your world as that file will automatically be remade. Bumblezone can be kept on. There's no issue there with it in your world. You're not having the same issue as other people were having.

unlikely, it's been around for a while. it becomes way less noticeable the more stacks you have/longer you play. it only affects a rather small number of items. it's most noticeable in the beginning of playing since you have limited inventory and it happens mostly with things like sticks, charcoal, wheat seeds. once you're less pressed for inventory space and have several stacks of these items, it's not a big issue

Hi I am playing Better MC Fabric modpack and i am having an issue where the REI (Roughly Enough Items) is not letting me use the search bar feature. i can type in the serach bar but it is not filtering the items can anyone help with this?

i fixed it, i just redownloaded the yigd mod for its latest update for 1.18.2 and replaced it with the old one

I just stumbled upon the same problem and had a look into it. Anvil Crafting is broken in the most recent BetterEnd version (2.1.0) and therefore there is no way to get any of the Tools and Armor Items in the current mod version
