If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

if you turn it off in configs. New chunks wont gen yung caves but pre existing ones will still be there.

Hey guys, New here. Ive been mesing around on this modpack and have been havin a blast. One thing about the Minecolonies mod thats in this pack. Does anyone know if the World Generated abandoned colonies have been turned off? And if so, Would it be an issue to turn them back on? Thanks 🙂

That is the version im running. Just seems like none of them are spawning. I used to see them in previous versions every 50 chunks or so. And I havent found one! But ill keep looking. Is it possible its different in the server pack? Thanks for the response!
