I bought a ZGrills pellet smoker. It's so good.

Haven't done a cold smoke (for like salmon or cheese) yet, but I am going to this fall.

The extra moist brisket is so good. The sauce is amazing. The sausages .. just great. But it's the creamed corn that defines the awesomeness of Rudy's Texas BBQ - and the fact they have a general store and trucker stop at every location is pretty cool.

We ordered BBQ delivered the other night, came with a bunch of sides like spicey bbq beans and cream corn

turns out... the mrs loves cream corn 😂
