50 tech decks hidden all around the map, once u find all of them you unlock The Hand. Basically just a huge hand that does tricks like you would on a normal tech deck. I can imagine a lot of things to customize on this character(one with tattoos on the hand, one with a bandaid, one with painted nails, etc.) Hall of meat mode on skate 3 allows you to see all of the bones you break, image the hall of meat mode using The Hand, it could be an x-ray of an actual hand and it would be cool.
