Yeah I mean FromSoftware definitely doesn’t put their PC ports at a high priority given that it was (and still is) locked at 60 fps. However I’ve heard that it also had to do with how their engine worked with certain things being tied to fps in a similar way to Bethesda’s engine.

like the event plays out as ur playing, like- u can stand on the sidewalk, and watch m corp employees put skate stoppers on ledges- and those will just be animated npc's that activate at a certain time, and stops at a certain time

i have no idea how development works, but- so many live service games, tell stories through cut scenes at a certain time for an event, or do skits/cinematics online

like skate did the m-corp skit, that gave us some story info, through footage on youtube
Valorant puts out a song for every agent, and a cinematic about that characters lore
fortnite does events with artists or on map events to continue the story

Yeah we adopted the danish writing language when we were under danish rule i think. Only difference is you guys use soft consonants in some places where we use hard ones. «Liger» vs «Liker» for example. But my local pronounciation for that word is actually closer to the danish version.

A physical release would indeed be a bit expensive... We have to stop. With the key ring, stickers, the game card in cardboard + the exclusive digital contents, THE CD / Steelbook and the box. USA + Europe EDITION. It costs absolutely nothing. Because this would be welcome in all stores!!! Especially under the EA license, many people will want to buy it. Physical games have the right to have a future. The game is free on the store, okay. But game collectors, players who like physical versions like me will be able to have it. So, maybe not with many copies, but a pre-order version only available for example. The game worth $50 would be very good and just as profitable !

And then it's much nicer to take a disc out of a box, insert it into the player, it always thrilled me. The joy of being able to play a long-awaited game this way, a movie with your favorite actors, the CD will be unique in its kind. The dematerialized kills !

I still only buy physical games as well and buying digital is much less convenient for the consumer but I can already imagine ppl complaining and crying on Reddit when physical copies won’t exist anymore (from ppl who only bought digital lol). It's a scourge! It's really sad to do this, to close stores, to eliminate jobs because of digital, it's absurd. I remember that in the 90s-2000s when I went to DVD and music stores people listened to the latest releases at the entrance of the stores with headphones on their ears. It was amazing!!! I loved it! It was a time that really had its charm. I would like this great nostalgia to come back! Digital has a future but not in this area. We must not do away with CDs. If I read a book as a physical book, I can remember the story better. If I read a digital book, I sometimes forget I even read it. (mostly fiction)

That being said, having a digital book is super helpful for searching and saving important sections of information. Its also always nice to have tons of research stashed away in a tiny portable device instead of having to lug a bunch of heavy books.

Like Netflix I also have + prime. etc, ... but I continue to buy Blu-rays because if a film is not on Netflix, which is removed, the Blu-ray still allows me to see it. But I will cancel my subscriptions. In addition I don't watch often, it's paying every month to only see a total of 4 or 6 films maximum in the month. It's ridiculous.

That's for sure. After all, everyone has their own interests. Even if we wanted to, we couldn't completely eliminate digital. That would be nonsense. But we just have to limit its use.

It has nothing to do with it, it's not even comparable, the new game will have much more magnificent performances than the previous ones! I proposed a dynamic weather system, variation from day to night. Depending on where you are on the Map, the lighting will not be the same. It will be much prettier and more real.

I totally agree! Skate 3 was crazy! The problem with Riders République, they got into skateboarding when it's not their field. At the beginning it was Steep with snowboarding it was a huge game. Then they made paragliders, bikes, it's cool but now skateboarding they cracked... It's not their field. Skateboarding is skateboarding, what about EA, Full Circle are the best developers! Their style is incomparable to other studios. I say that everyone does what they know how to do. I don't like copies of other games.
