It’s not finished. Skate 3 is done (for 14 years). skate. is still being built, and usually textures/visuals are not the first thing - especially in playtests.
The videos of the playtest we share are what the playtest looks like. But it’s not final.

After light research it would seem that the concept cannot be trade marked or copyrighted but the code, and base of the system can be. Aswell as the name “flick-it” can be trademarked. So if I wanted to create a game similar I would have to code my own “flick system”.
