Even the paint used is (used to be) car paint. When I was restoring my dad's mustang I had to go to an autobody paint shop and get it custom mixed to match the color to the original

yea lol i had a mustang i was working on ages ago sold it and i wanted to turn it into the blue competition mustang from the smells like teen spirit video and it took ages to find the right paint for the guitar because the fender lake placid blue is way off from the actual guitar turns out it was a car paint with a protective coat that tints over time ended up getting the right shade but it was a major pain

I imagine! Mine was an obscure paint color fender called Daphne blue that was used only on one specific car one specific year and took a ton of research to find the paint codes.
Then made sure I used lacquer instead of enamel so it'll do that aging coloring like you mentioned over time

That sounds about right. Once the active player population reaches a critical low for online service, hard conversations take place on viability. It also is impacted by the age of a game. Like - a 17 year old game with maybe 20-30 people (max) per day using online isn’t a sustainable situation.

I used to have braces due to messed up teeth and had to go monthly

I had braces for like 6 years

Sure. Genetics, dentophobia, and bad habits resulted in some gum issues, bad teeth, etc.
In Sept, I had a bad tooth that required a root canal, and it was the first time (in a long time, tbh) I'd been at the dentist (due to anxiety, panic attacks, and whatnot).
So, that Thursday, they numbed me, next day, partial root canal, the following Friday I had 6 extractions, and 3 weeks later I had 2 more. (8 total + a root canal).
This is the end of the treatment plan - I'm getting implants (bone grafts, sinus surgery, gum grafts, and titanium implants).

Lesson: Take care of your teeth.

(I currently have stayplates/temp dentures so I can eat and what not. but those go away on Friday)

Oh definitely. It's just I remember Sony being real big on backwards compatibility back in the PS3 days and seemed like something they were going to be big supporters of going forward. Then they just dropped it and it flipped to Xbox being the backwards compatible guys and Sony just backed up and went quiet with it

well, the backwards compatibility issue isn't due to EA or Skate.

The PS3 used a unique cell architecture, significantly different from the x86 architecture employed in the PS4. This architectural difference makes direct compatibility between the two systems virtually impossible. The complex design of the cell architecture, optimized for specific tasks, posed a challenge for the x86-based PS4 to emulate efficiently.
MS did it differently.

Now, as of last year, Xbox did say they weren't going to be bringing any more classic titles to the Backwards Compatibility program (I think there's already like 200 or so).

Alsol, PS4 released almost 11 years ago (3 years after Skate 3 launched). And skate. will be supporting that platform.

honestly, just invest in a ps3 and a ps5. i upgraded my ceche01 ps3 to 2tb, downloaded every digital title i had, and i can play ps1 and ps2 discs. ps5 can play ps5 and ps4, perfect!
