When land is transferred between users, structures remain but the new owner loses all biodata and has to start scanning/researching again.

Blueprints are limited by a bonding curve: so the more of something exist the harder it is to get again.

Finally, remember that in Open Beta every action costs fuel which means that player is sacrificing the chance to sell the fuel for ETH to instead roll the dice and research blueprints. (which could mean sacrificing the fuel and not finding the blueprint).

Its best to wait now, give it a few hours. The cleanup script fixes most peoples errors, and not raising a support ticket straight away means they (support) can focus on users who have an issues that isn't solved by automatic cleanup process.

If this goes ahead it was discussed earlier that we will try and accomodate a single move from one wallet to another if you can prove you own both (i.e. sign something from both), but thats not a guarantee. The idea with these rewards is to have minimal dev effort. Its up to you to assess risk vs reward noting that all of the above is ideas only, nothing has been approved.

Validation error:
-The Alpha client is client side authoritative. There are strict cheat validation rules, leading to high numbers of validation errors; tweaks planned over time.
-The validation is likely to resolve itself within a few hours, maximum 24hr you do not need to do anything. If this takes longer please contact support. See pinned message for details.
Rule refinement is in process.

BP nfts:
-Currently the options available are to sell or hold.
-You cannot mint the same one again.
-a new owner is able to make skins (when possible ) from the BP yet not access the BioData.

After ALPHA:
-For alpha players only. After the wipe the stage 1BP data will stay on the land plot this gives an advantage in researching stage 2 illuvial BP data. Stage one is needed for stage 2. A massive head start.
-Alpha BPs are not exclusive. It is unlimited post-alpha but remember: 1) it's on a bonding curve, the more that exist the harder it is to find again 2) you don't choose what you get, and there are way more options (thousands) in the beta.
-BioData, Blueprints (but not NFTs) and facts are wiped when you sell the land. Structures and resources stay. Fuel orders raised before a sale go to the original owner.
-Alpha rewards are not on the bonding curve but they will AFFECT the bonding curve in beta. Given there will already be a large chunk minted they will be far less likely than other BPs of the same Tier/Stage.

While this says rare are limited… it only says that because all are limited by that same land limit. Much like how there’s not a technical limit to rare illuvitars or rare illuvials. But the chances of everyone grinding blueprints all the way to tier 5 stage 3 are gonna be pretty low though technically possible (if it happened they would not technically be rare but the amount of work taken to get them would still have been high).

Land owners mint the blueprints they have in game now sometime during this minting window until February 3 or they will have to find the blueprints in game after public launch and mint them then.

There’s not an easy way to do that.

You need to check the address of the current holder and any recent holders and see if any blueprints were minted (look on immutascan). Then you can look at those blueprint NFTs on the IlluviDex and see which plot minted those. And if you can find all 15 then you know that that plot minted all its blueprints.

Basically it’s rather long and annoying to check at this point.

I can just answer about rotation. It's because the images in the game itself are 2d. They're exported from a 3d model, but only present from a single point of view in the game. Having fixed 4 rotation would mean increasing the asset size 4 times. And having full 360 rotation would require a rework to use 3d, which would be heavy on mobile devices.

Biodata is just part of the game flow. Must find bio data to research the blueprints for that Illuvial. And like @lethal valley mentioned, biodata is not an NFT, however blueprints are. So if you were to mint you blueprints and then reset your plot, you would keep the minted blueprints, but the biodata would reset with the plot

With thousands of blueprints out there though, bonding curves, low success rates, and fuel costs to research.....unlikely that a plot actually ends up minting the same bp multiple times

if you save what you earn from blueprints and fuel, you could potentially earn enough to buy a tier 2 land and so on.

So far there are about 40,000 NFTs minted. Even though the maximum is 300,000, I think we will reach only 200,000 NFTs. The market capitalization is $800,000 if they are trading at $4. After seeing that users spent millions of $ on Illuvium Beyond, I don't understand such a low NFT price.
Well there is no demand and users have been trying to sell for a long time. Only $1,500 worth of NFTs have been traded.
It is easy to stock up on NFTs at a low cost.
I have approximately purchased 79 NFTs.
I admit that I predicted that they would trade at $10 but I was wrong.

You don't "research a Satge 2", you do research and you might get a stage 2 if you have the stage 1. Example:

Imagine a simplified exmaple where there are 5 blueprints for Rhamphyre each with 3 stages. For the sake of this example lets assume the chances are equal across stage 1 and 2 (but you still need Stage 1 before you can get stage 2).

If you had four plots with 1 material lab on each and each plot has already discovered 1 Stage Rhamphre Blueprint -> then you do research you are most likely to find another stage 1. Each plot has a 20% change of getting stage 2.

If you had a 2x2 megacity with 4 Material Labs that had already discovered 4 Stage 1 Rhamphyre Blueprints -> then you did research on each you are most likely to find a Stage 2. Each research activity has an 80% change of getting a stage 2.

In the non-megacity example a likely outcome might be 3 Stage 1's and one Stage 2.
In the megacity example a likely outcome might be 3 Stage 2s and one Stage 1.

Of course in the real world you are unlikely to have every Stage 1 Blueprint for a given Illuvial... but the general idea still holds:

• You will have more of the lower stages on the plot thus you are more likely to get higher stages.
• Added benefit you wont get duplicates on the megacity like you would on independent plots, so you get more coverage faster.

from what i understood, if you have the biodata on 1/9 plots pre mega city, then make it mega they would then share that data because your no longer 1/9 your just 1 in respect to the city. for someone with 9 seperate pieces of land they would need to find stage 1 on all 9 pieces to secure the chances at stage 2 on all 9 pieces, but with a mega you only need 1 copy of the stage 1 to unlock the stage 2

To me it reads that Landowners earn approx 5% of ingame revenue generated of ingame purchases in Illuvium,
and fuel is required for all in-game interactions.

That was the reason why The 19:1 Sell ratio in fuels came to live. The easiest way to ensure the 5% of ingame revenue.
To ensure that all over the games, the iip states that all ingame interactions have to be payed in fuel.

Thats also how it got marketed (sold) to all people all over the plays, if you listen to ama's videos or read market material.
To take a quote from medium article "Players extract fuel from Tier 1–5 Land, which is connected to the economy of Illuvium and can be sold for ETH*. Players use fuel as currency in all future Illuvium game releases."
That the stuff which isn't developed yet isn't in explenations of what which fuel is used for, is obvious to me and i don't think it needs any further explenation.

Right. So could their focus on revdis from sales etc create conflicts of interest? I mean land owners put in work to and build out plots to generate 5% of fuel sales. Stakers just sit back and earn. So time invested is much greater for land owners. FYI I have about the same amount invested in both and hope to have an equal return on both.

I don't think rugpull is the right word, but we want all aspects of Illuvium to work well as an ecosystem. I would say keeping it actractive through gameplay, and potential earn is key. I mean it is okay to play at the moment and I know the team are breaking their balls(or flaps) to make it as good as it can be, but without the greater earn potential it will fizzle long term imo.

The it will be 50 million to land holders that divided into 20K plots it will be $2500 monthly asuming it is done monthly x12 for a year it will be 30K and a T1 should cost more or less the same. Quick thought, have you logged out and disconnected wallet completely from both the illuvium site and IMX, then gone back in?

The automatic fix script gets executed fairly regularly, but does require a person to kick it off. Given its the weekend it could be a bit slower, but I'll do one now (give it an hour or two). This fixes about 99% of peoples problems.

If that doesn't work your problem might need a person to actually investigate it which can take a bit longer, particularly over the weekend.
