Heya support, I am an $ILV token holder & am registered for Beta since August 22 but have a native Linux system (Sytem76 oryx pro 10). I have done a superficial search about running Illuvium on linux to no avail.. Is there a community working with something like, say, Lutris to make this a thing?
I'm not aware of a community working on Linux compatibility. A few individuals have posted about trying to get things running on Linux, but I haven't heard any follow-up.

Thought I shod pot this here. I am running Illuvium zero. With a couple of T1 & T2 lots. I just picked up a T1 lot a couple of days ago. This. 4 element lot had a crypton rift, 2 outcroppings and a lake. The Crypton rift is at the bottom of the lot in the middle with one of the outcroppings directly above it. Al of these resources have been developed. The Outcropping has a level 3 escalator on it. As soon as I put a gate on the Crypton rift and began harvesting I could no longer access the Escavator above the Crypton rift to mine the Carbon. The progress icon from the Crypton harvesting blocks access. This is a design flaw that could be corrected with a plot rotation on its access.
Obviously a 25%reduction in base raw material production is an issue.
The facts were not always saved to the backend. Updating to the new version 0.1.2 restores the save from the backend which may not have all of your facts included and this is why some facts might be missing.
At the initial loading of the game, when selecting the land, it correctly displays 3 open biodata, but when you open the biodata menu in the game itself, it displays only two
The game does not support potato PC it has lagging and crashed reports often. It needs to be a muscle PC set up to play it smoothly.

I've had similar issues, but there's a workaround til a better fix is made. Simply select the Crypton Mine and click the bottom corner of the excavator (where it's obscured by the Crypton Mine) and it will select the excavator.

I have second question. I Transferred both USD & ETH to the IMX wallet so I could purchase lots listed under either token. When I tried to withdraw the ETH I did not use, the transaction said it processed & shows as pending under the Withdraw tab. But it was not delivered to my Web 3 wallet.
I tried this on 2 different browsers (Brave & Chrome), with 2 different wallets (MM & Exodus). Has anyone else run into this?

I’m sorry that you are facing this. Your immutable X account is controlled by your ethereum network wallet keys. So someone likely has control of your eth wallet because they have your secret phrase. There is no undoing what has been done. You can try to take control of the eth and send it to a newly seeded and secure wallet. But you might not be able to be fast enough.
No one legit will send you DMs. Do not trust links or give anyone your secret phrase.

It's certainly possible to have malicious software installed on your computer, that could cause what you're seeing.

If you'd like, I can make a thread so we can talk about this more. Like Peli mentioned though, once something has been sent out of your wallet (for any reason), there's not anything anyone can do to get it back. There's no centralized control over ETH network transactions.
I'd definitely check your computer for keyloggers or other software, and consider moving anything remaining in the wallet to a freshly seeded wallet. A hardware wallet could also be a good idea.
yes I have already scanned and unfortunately all my funds have been stolen the rest are on binance and I see them more difficult to access having a double factor authentication

That really sucks, sorry you're going through this. Some platforms are centralized, but Illuvium is decentralized, there's no way to freeze assets on ETH.
it sucks 3 star atlas ships were also stolen from a phantom wallet and the worst day of my life i sweated to make these investments i studied the projects and i believed in them all the way and in a second all that disappeared which I've been doing for years

It's relatively common for scammers to use sweeper bots, yes. Tokentrove has a way to transfer ETH from one wallet on IMX to another wallet on IMX. You could consider making a new wallet with a new seed phrase, setting it up on IMX, and transferring the ETH there.

What version is that? How did I get that, it works, I just had my plot of land reset to the F2P plot so I lost the ability to figure out the optimal layout of my actual plot.
Also, those files above the illuvium Zero 2 are what was downloaded when I attempted to use my beta code to download the beta for Mac.

I've had it since I lost my original plot layout, and was forced to delete the original app and redownload. If there are no more updates that get me my original layout back yet, and I'm fine with the current apps functionality. I'm just in need of assistance in figuring out the beta now so I can check out the overworld.
I was sent two beta unlock codes within a couple of hours of each other. Could it be that when they sent the second unlock code, it negated the first code's unlock ability? The file I downloaded from the site after putting in the first code doesn't seem like the right file.

The only other option would be your firewall or antivirus blocking the connection. If you're stuck on waiting for captcha then your app isn't speaking with the server

I am trying to connect my crypto wallet to the game on the website and it is taking a really long time to connect, is this normal? i have been stuck on the Step 2 of 2 when confirming wallet for about 20 minutes now.
It's not normal for wallets to take 20 minutes to connect. I can make a thread if this is a persistent problem, but here are some of the more common things that could cause this:
- You could be on the wrong website. Make 100% sure you're on the correct website via #🔗〕helpful-links
- VPN is blocking the connection. Try disabling VPN or allowing the connection within the VPN.
- If you're trying to play IL:Z, Ad Blockers can block the pop-ups from IMX which are required to verify you own the plot of land. Disable your ad-block.
- Try a different browser.
Let me know if this doesn't work and I'll start a thread for us to cover some more details.

Do ILV rewards from staking that are now eligible for withdrawal because 12 months have passed, but if left alone, do they still help compound rewards or are they just sitting there somewhat inert?
As long as you don't withdraw them, they stay staked.

Sorry for all the questions but I am coming up to speed after being away for some time. I have been providing liquidity in the ILV/ETH pools since December 2021 and staking the SLP tokens on Illuvium. Next to my pools in Illuvium is the designation “V1” though I am fairly sure last year I upgraded to V2. My guess is this is not an issue. I do not see when I can withdraw the SLP tokens from Illuvium, though they were deposited on December 20, 2021. The “withdraw” window is greyed out. Not interested in withdrawing them just curious how to do it if/when wanting to. Finally the daily ILV rewards from the staked SLP pools and the accumulated ILV rewards seems much less than the published APRs on the website. Could I be calculating the returns wrongly? Just trying to make sure I am allocated properly.

The daily rewards window has been known to have some issues displaying correctly as well. The actual rewards should be correct, but the display on the website is sometimes not correct.

Final question, and super grateful for the help! My ILV/ETH SLPs were originally staked for 12 months. Even though I can withdraw them now I am leaving them in. Do they retain their weighting of “2” or do they shift to another level?
They retain the weight they were originally staked at until you withdraw them. You can leave them in as long as you want to.

Converters got nerfed in the last patch. It's pretty normal for there to be some balance changes in an Alpha, it's not a bug.

lets see if you have dedicated GPU in your system (but based on your CPU) there is low chance you will have enough power to run game anyway, but lets double check
click windows icon again and type "control panel"
top right you have option to change view default is by category, hange it to small icons
you will see a lot of icons, look for device manager

Hi, is it expected to work if a user withdraws multiple V1 vests at the same time? I just had a transaction fail for .033 Eth withdrawing 14 vests in a single tx and wondering if I should instead do them each 1 at a time or if the batch withdraw should work?

Anything you claimed during V1 or deposited during V1 will need to be withdrawn individually. Anything you claimed during V2 should be able to be batch withdrawn.
thanks! i'll do that. As a suggestion, it'd be great if the UI would disallow you to initiate the withdraw if you multi-check multiple v1 vests since it's just gonna straight burn the ETH. (that's what happened to me)

Gotcha, 32 is a lot. I'm wondering if it failed because it was a mix of V1 and V2 yield rewards, or if it just failed because it ran out of gas (was at 98.4% usage)

Install the most recent one (top of the list). Just so you're clear though, the GT 230 is a 512 MB graphics card, and it's not going to work for Overworld even with updated graphics drivers.
There aren't official specs out, but the lowest end cards that have been running the Overworld beta consistently have been 4 GB graphics cards.

I'm trying to play the survival mode competitive part in the beta and everytime I start the mode after about 15 seconds it crashes, anyone else having this or have an answer to possibly fix it?
I can play the training survival mode just fine with no crashes but crash on competitive mode

Looks like it's just a case of too low efficiency (You have 2 of them too close so most likely running on 25% efficiency. The income would then be 0,25 Fuel which rounds down).

If I see that there is an official link that says that the problem has been resolved in the latest version, I downloaded the version an hour ago and the error continues.
In other cases we've had like this, if the error is still displayed, it indicates that the local time on your computer has been altered, and progress will not be saved. Have you changed the time on your device at all since playing the Alpha?
No, I just changed it after this error came out, to check if the automatic configuration did not work, but nothing works.

- Set time back to automatic
- Delete the game
- Download from the website again
And please let us know if you continue to receive these errors afterwards.
I have already done everything you say, I still get the same error, change from automatic to manual time zone, download again and verify with that configuration, then activate automatic time again and download the game version again, but nothing, it can't save by timezone, we should have that in configuration.
Hmm, are you also completely deleting your old game files before downloading from the website? To be sure you're not opening the old game file whenever you launch the game?
I deleted the folder that is unzipped, I had never installed the game yesterday is the first time and I downloaded version 0.1.3

so i moved my silv2 and some eth to imx and now when I check on the iluvidex It only shows the eth balance no silv2 but its there on imx is this still to be implimented ?

ok, so im going to say that you do have to "erase" the old data. over writing wasnt enough. I deleted eveything that said Illuvium from windows explorer. From illuvium web site i registered for beta which led me to a log in option ( be cool if there was a log in option all big and right in your face right from the get go). re downloaded zero and it seems to work

A: Wake can disappear for 2 reasons. If you get too close to a Wake, it will despawn. If you miss your shot at a Wake, it will despawn. Be careful with your aim, you can jump and aim to make time move slower.

Hello, I downloaded your client for Overworld and Arena from the official website. However, it does not start. Just the application icon "jumps" like that. Nothing starts, nothing happens. I have granted access to run in the security and privacy settings. But it didn't help. What else can I do to launch the game?

You should be able to manually disconnect your current wallet and connect the secure wallet using metamask’s UI. It doesn’t really need to be a brand new wallet. Just a different address. But I assume you have a secure wallet in mind that you are wanting to use.

yo yo how much you care about your progress in OW, you could try to delete all files stored in:
||C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Illuvium||
but this folder containing saves to OW so may try to make a copy of save file there but not guaranteed it will work

hmm, if you want temporary ID to check and play, how did you get your Arena access? cuz there is one beta key waiting for you if you are land owner and you havent used this route yet
I've been playing since PB1, so I haven't used Land to get an ID, but I've been playing with Land linked to my current ID, so I'm playing Zero.
Now I can play ZERO and OW. I can not play survival mode.
just take the new key (there is a form to fill in land owners forum), make new temporary account, redeem your code there, login to your new account start playing and we will know if its ID or your game
You can replace "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local" with %LOCALAPPDATA% and it will work for any machine.

I’m trying to reach out to the Illuvium team to understand two items:
- the steps to transfer a land plot from my wallet to another wallet. I have the land tied to the ImmutableX wallet, which is tied to a MetaMask wallet. One can I import the land into my MetaMask wallet, so I can then transfer to another MetaMask wallet? 2. I know it was stated that once we link a plot to a ImmutableX account it will be tied to that account, but when will we be able to transfer to a new account? I ask this question as I could then just assign my plot in the ImmutableX wallet to the new MetaMask wallet I have. I know there are many with these questions, so would love to see a video from the team explaining this or a user manual to avoid major missteps by users. Please advise, Thank You.
@jagged vessel You can send your Land plot on Illuvidex to another imx Wallet that is connected to your other metamask. There should be a Button Like this ▶️one the top right corner of your Land plot.
- A unlink Option is Not available at the moment. There is No Date Announced yet for that Option.
I appreciate the feedback, I did find the arrow button, so I should first setup the new MM wallet with a ImmutableX wallet, then put in the MM address wallet I want to send the land to, are those the correct steps?

Yes First Setup new metamask with imx and than send to that Adresse. I would Not. Only If its urgent because of scam Hacker or something. But If its Safe in would let it sit untill unlink Option is Here.

Account Sharing is Not allowed. And only one Account can used by one Person. If you send him a Wallet than He did Not need a Hardware Wallet. But i personly would prefer one for savety reasons.

From illuvium Zero you sell your fuel to the Marketplace and from that anybody can buy them for Overworld. Your friend who wants to Play Overworld needs to buy it from there. All fuel that you sell needs to Go threw the Marketplace. There is No Option that i know that you can send it to another Wallet. Illuvials can be traded on Marketplace. But only at Open Beta.
I hear you on the marketplace for selling, but there has got to be a way to send collected fuel, elements, or anything in Zero to an address you want. If your playing Area or Overworld, you’ll want to send items to yourself to use. Appreciate the feedback, certainly helped.
As i know. If you get the fuel from Zero and want to use it by your own in Overworld than you need to sell and buy it Back. But more Infos coming before we Hit Open Beta.

hmm, so before we get some better idea from mods/team i would also try to:
-try to just restart your tablet after installing app
-check if you have any updates available for your tablet (looks like you can update to android 11)
-clear cache, uninstall, re-download, unpack new fresh version, install
-long press on Zero app icon >> app info >> battery saver >> no restriction
-try to install Zero on internal memory instead of sdcard

Has your Ledger been linked with Metamask? And have you connected that Metamask to IMX already?
Keep in mind the land NFTs for Illuvium are on Layer 2 via IMX, so any new wallet you are trying to send your land to also needs to have been set up/connected to IMX first.

How can we get our land to appear in our MetaMask wallet?
Your land is on IMX network. Your IMX wallet is controlled by your metamask wallet.
I get that since the IMX is the L2 to cut down on fees, but are you saying we can’t import the land into our MM wallet? Thus it can only see it’s tied to the MM wallet through IMX?
It is possible to move nfts off of imx network onto ethereum mainnet.
We don’t really support that action here though.

The alpha testing for Illuvium: Zero is expected to be split into two seasons.
Season 0 is currently planned to last for 6 to 8 weeks, during which all data (including blueprints) will be wiped and reset. The purpose of Season 0 is to allow the development team to fix bugs and balance issues and prevent any issues that may arise if player data needs to be reset.
After Season 0, the game will move on to Season 1, which will last until the open beta stage. Another data reset is expected at the end of Season 1. However, players will be able to mint the blueprints they researched as NFTs during the last few months of Season 1. Those minted NFTs will persist beyond the Alpha data reset and can be used to craft skins in the Overworld once we reach the Open Beta.
More information on the minting windows will be provided as the game approaches the open beta stage.

@past finch has a sweeper bot sucking his wallet dry, and his funds are currently on IMX L2 "safe" for now.
I suggest you do some more research on writing up your own transaction for this. I would have no clue how to fix this and I am unsure whether the mods would have a clear put answer.

Best bet would be to create another IMX wallet using a brand newly seeded metamask wallet and send the stuff to that imx wallet on imx. I think you do NOT need to take things off IMX.

Providing liquidity is done via an ILV/ETH Pool on SushiSwap and requires multiple steps:
- Buy ILV and ETH
- After approving the Sushi contract you stake a 50/50 value ratio of ETH and ILV
- You receive SLP tokens. (To see them, add the SLP contract address to your wallet)
- Stake the SLP tokens through the Illuvium Staking App and set your lock period.

gm ☕️ I'm having issues with Illuvium zero on mobile. I just built an Hyperion converter to convert the solon I produce into Hyperion. However, once it is done converting I won't receive any Hyperion. I just lose the Solon, gain XP but even though I click the collect icon, the Hyperion won't Show in my storage (it's still on 0/15). I thought I clicked sth wrong but it now happened a second time. All other converters work fine for me
I'm thinking about selling the Hyperion Lathe I which I built for converting and try building a new one but maybe someone is already experienced with that problem and has a better solution

need help not sure why but my ilv tokens i claimed today are still not in my portfolio and is still saying claiming rather than claimed? and its been about 5 hours and on etherscan it says success and eth was taken out of my metamask for the transaction

Rewards from staking have to be manually claimed and GAS fees for those transactions have to be paid:
- When you stake ILV yield farming rewards start piling up for you
- You claim those rewards whenever you deem the pile to be big enough to justify gas fees
- If you claim sILV2 you have it unlocked right away (sILV2 is only usable in game as a substitute currency for ETH outside the marketplace and the Leviathan Arena)
- If you claim ILV then that batch of ILV gets locked for 12 months and automatically staked in the ILV pool with a token weight of 2.0 for compounding effect
- New rewards start piling up....rinse and repeat
NB: ILV paid out as part of Illuvium’s Revenue Distribution have to be claimed as well but are not subject to a locking period.
