hey man! rem cycles are only 90 mins long and waking up a few times in the night is perfectly fine. You usually wakeup at the end of your rem cycle as this is the time when your eyes are open (most times you continue on to another cycle and wont release you ever had your eyes open). sometimes you will wakeup in order to cool off / take a piss. I wouldnt worry about it unless you have trouble getting back to sleep afterwards, if you are having trouble keep lights off and dont go on your phone as this will alert your brain its wakeup time. Hopefully this helps

I use to have heaps of trouble with sleep as well. Id recommend looking at Matt Walker's podcast who is an expert in sleep or Andrew Hubermans podcast who is a neuroscientist. Both have been on joe rogan as well

Like 8 years ago I had an acid trip and my revelation was that this is a Program. This was before simulation theory got so popular. But the realization didn’t come to me as “this is a simulation” though that theory is valid, considering whatever “this” is has inherent laws as does a computer simulation. Alienware by dell… or buy the cheapest thing you can find then get a 3060 or 1070 graphics card or something off eBay. A mediocre processor and good graphics card is what you need… they say 1050ti I think is the worst graphics card to play… so personally I’d go with 3060 on eBay, but try to see if you can find a new one or lightly used with high positive feedback on the seller (like 2,000 plus reviews at 99% or above) because most of them in there were mining cards and probably don’t have much life left!
