well we can grow crops exponentially faster than growing livestock. You can reproduce crops in many cycles feeding the same ppl, and plants dont emit methane that damages the ozone. You can make it sustainable to the point where you're plant life is more than required for the people on the planet. In this scenario, you wouldnt need "animals to grow", Since the world wouldnt depend on livestock, hell we'd probably evolve to having cows as pets, and no pigs at all in this scenario, plus not have the methane emission problem

They have plans of making it similar to DokeV or Monsterhunter-esque. So we'll likely see leviathans flying around as raid bosses and possibly Illuvials as well when you scan them.
But this is years out.

well growth in humans isnt a controllable aspect. You can become a dictator and kill a bunch of ppl or smth. Land space is a inevitable thing, even in our existence, neither being vegan, or carnivores would change that. Idk specifics on dmgs of methane, but under what i do know its pree harmful to ozone layer. "Growth in animals" would be way miniscule to the way society is now. There wouldnt be this large dependence on it, increasing its production 1000x folds to keep with demand. There would still be animals but in a moderate controlled manor, where it wouldnt harm the environment since it wouldnt be a "required" resource like many deem it now
