Anything could change by proposal, but at this point I kind of hope/think prices shouldn't change, since the starting price information has already been sent out to the community etc. There's also a pretty logical progression of starting prices based on each Tier's Fuel output. Any change should be done by IIP though, so if there is a proposal to change T1 prices, there will be time to submit feedback about the proposal.

As of right now, there's not a proposal active to do any of this.

There are 100k total plots of paid land, and only 20k are being sold in the first sale.

Without some weird shenanigans, that means only 20k people can play IL:Z AND earn from it (until more land is released in later sale).

Everyone can play IL:Z on T0 virtual (unpaid) land, but T0 land cannot earn.

Note that none of this affects people's ability to play Illuvium's main title and earn from it.

Definitely, but with rogues who have strong AoE potential like Ramphyre, you sometimes want to keep them physically away from your carries by tanking them with an Illuvial, and positioning to achieve that feels a little bit obtuse.

The scenario being described is before the unit is in combat with their initial target. So it should always recalculate who the closest unit is while it's out of combat until it's in combat

Right now the timeframe before recalculating is probably a bit longer than it should be (this is the description I got from the dev)

They then use bots to like the video, which brings it up in people's recommended video feeds. Youtube does a TERRIBLE job of removing those videos quickly enough. In general, assume everything is a scam.

It's a lot easier when they are taking the time to process the video, as compared to a live stream. They absolutely have the capability of stopping videos from going up, but live streaming needs work.

They have thousands of people telling them live these videos are a scam, they've done absolutely nothing about it for a very long time, this is not a new problem.

It's a battle of hearts and minds for regulation, that's all I'm saying.

In fairness to YouTube, parsing live video for the entirety of the website would take a LOT of work.

I'm not saying they don't need to improve, but it's a hard problem. AFAIK no streaming service can stop people from streaming whatever they want for a short duration, until it gets reported and removed. And a short duration is all the time scammers need.

People have streamed some pretty terrible stuff on Facebook and Twitch in the past, so it's not as though YouTube is lagging behind tech wise.

They could add a short delay before a stream actually goes "live" during which they parse the video contents, but there are problems with that too. There's also a lot of potential for DDOS style attacks as soon as they start parsing live video. If people upload a TON of normal videos, the queue to get them all processed takes longer. If "people" all go live at the same time, it's an attack vector against YouTube's servers. Plus, it's not actually live, which makes any kind of interactive livestream clunky.
