Will you be able to fuse 9 Stage 1 Illuvial copies straight into a Stage 3? Since its the same...or must you go to Stage 2 first?

also, if your Stage 1's are level 1, 25, and 50 and fused, is the new Stage 2 always going to be a level 1?

The word to use is STAGE. We will need to fuse 3 stage 1 to get 1 stage 2. And do that 3 times. And then fuse 3 stage 2 to get a stage 3.

When you stake ILV, you share in Illuvium's success and earn a passive income of additional ILV, funded through in-game purchases and fees. Vault distributions will only be available from sales and once the game and Illuvidex are launched.

The tokenomics of this DAO include a 100% revenue distribution (could be subject to change - DAO governance). This means that any kind of revenue generated through sales or in-game revenue is distributed back to holders of staked ILV. The same max supply of 10 Million ILV will be used for this purpose regardless of how many games the DAO develops.

Revenue distribution is paid out in the form of unlocked ILV and the payout is done multiple times a week without a fixed schedule. Before paying out revenue distribution, the vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by buying it off the market which puts buying pressure on the ILV token and thus supports its price development.

Pay to travel to higher regions is not too high, especially at the start. Estimates are like travel from tier 0 to tier 1 region, $15. But as we go higher, the cost also goes higher. However, we could be earning ETH through selling some captured illuvials or sILV from staking. So that could help defray the travel cost.

In game purchases using ETH include "Enhancements (Powerful stat boosts to the Illuvials)". I am so effing disappointed right now. This game is going to be pay to win then. That's a huge red flag for me.

Stats and Enhancements will only matter in the Leviathan arena… which yeah, that’s where the whales can duke it out and wager their ETH on their battles.

The RANKED arena is different. Stats are normalized across the Illuvials so any Axodon you have, for example, is going to have the same stats as every other Axodon that your opponents have in the ranked arena battles.

And there is more accessibility for Illuvials in the ranked arena because if you own the stage 1 Illuvial… you can play the stage 2 and 3 Illuvials in battle too 😉

Yeah as long as you’re fighting in the regular Ranked arena, it won’t affect you. Someone could have a Rhamphyre (Stage 3 Pterodactyl) that they’ve purchased a ton of enhancements for… and you may have just caught your first Rhamphy (stage 1 pterodactyl)….

If you two battle in the RANKED arena, you both could play the Stage 3 Rhamphyre on the field, and they would be the exact same in stats and you’ll be on an equal playing field. It’ll come down to skill and placement to win.

If you go to the LEVIATHAN arena though… your opponent will be able to play that super enhanced Rhamphyre and it will likely smash your little Rhamphy

I just hope the game doesn’t lock things behind a drastic paywall. My main concern for a game that uses crypto as it’s main for of currency and backbone of the game is that as someone who can’t afford to buy large amounts of expensive stocks, I will be locked behind a wall that could potentially cost hundreds of dollars or even more just to play and have fun. Maybe to get to tier 0 to tier 1 it costs 15, but what about 1-2, what when we get up to tier 7 or tier 10. It’s just a scary thought to be looped into a game only to be locked behind a paywall that costs a large portion of a paycheck.

It's tricky because the alternative gives advantage to the ultimate white list (seed). I don't mind observing for now how the team addresses this. I think the majority is still expecting things shipped before March 31

In a way, yes. Because they experienced the most risk. Even before any dev happened, they already put their money in. So I think it's a fair trade. Highest risk gets the highest reward. Same with those who staked in May 2021 or even June 2021. Some dev have been done, but staking rewards were very high. My SLP staking was at above 400% in October. While as of December, it was down to around 330%. We won't get those returns ever again coz the dev has proceeded in a big way already. Risk has gone down, not eliminated, but lower definitely.

You should be able to give them a username and password to play. But any transactions on the blockchain you’ll have to do for them.

• sell captured Illuvials
• sell farmed materials
• sell crafted items
• wager on battles in the Leviathan Arena
• earn some of the 1 Million ILV set aside for in-game rewards

BUT, while the game will be free to play, in order to participate in the earning part of the economy, a bit of money needs to be invested. A full cycle of travelling, curing shards, etc. is currently estimated to be around $50 (this can still change).
