I've seen a few people speculate on the amount we could get per year per token, like @split lintel, and if they prove right, ILV is most definitely undervalued right now. Scoriox caalculates basically 7k annual return. This is, in my sense, not possible. I'd like to look at the maths of this. But if he is right, that would be a ILV token of MINIMUM 7k if we accept a 100% annual return. But I doubt people would let that happen. ILV price would pump even more cuz even 10% annual return would be accepted as a good investment

Returns really depends on your country. Like government bonds in the US have negative return or less than 1% return. While here in the Philippines, government bonds have at least 3-4%.

Rule of thumb is to compare similar risk assets. So crypto can easily be compared to stocks/futures/forex returns rather than bonds or savings deposits.

Given this, an acceptable ROI for me, being in the Philippines is at least 15%. Local stock market is averaging 12%.

There was an AMA recently with Santiago, and he pointed out that Fully Diluted Market Cap of Gaming Studios, including Axie Infinity, is normally around 10x Annual Revenue.
so if Axie Infinity has Annual Revenue of $1.5B, then their fully diluted market cap is around $15B.

so if you look at Illuvium, and the expected $2B Annual revenue initially, then that would say they should have Fully Diluted Market Cap of around $20B, or ILV = $2000

However, the difference with ALL of those other gaming companies, is that they are not using Revenue to Purchase tokens On Market
and that ONLY staked Tokens will receive REVDIS
Meaning there will be a lot LESS Liquidity, and a lot MORE Buying Pressure... so Personally I expect that $2B revenue for ILV will mean ILV = $5000+

Yeah, I think the Bigger Centralized Exchanges are going to get in on the action and artificially inflate Liquidity
They will Buy $15m worth of ILV and Stake $13m of it for RevDis.
then they will do some bullshit synthetic version of ILV that they will sell $15m of it to their users who want to hold it purely for speculation.

So the CEX will be getting all the RevDis, but providing artificial Liquidity for their Users.
Anyone who wants to send it out of the CEX, that is what the $2m buffer is for.
All with minimal risk, because you can stake for 1 month, and after the 1 month it is "unlocked" but will still receive RevDis...
so for the CEX they are actually still holding a semi Liquid asset.
and anytime a big user does Transfer ILV out, they just claim some of the Unlocked portion of their Staked ILV, to top up that $2m buffer.
(even though they may have sold $15m of it to their users)

Banks only need to have say 10% liquid assets compared to the money they have lent out, or people have deposited.

So you may have deposited $100m to the bank.
They take $90m of that and invest in something that gives them 10% returns.

They then give you your 1% interest on the money, and just keep $10m cash on hand in case you want to withdraw some
