The game is free to play and it is built on Layer 2 of Ethereum via Immutable X which means there will be no gas fees for your interactions in game. So you can explore and capture the common Illuvials (Tier 0) without paying anything! And you'll be able to build teams and PvP as well 😄

So IMO is it best for a free to play player to start on launch and grind to get a return and then pay to travel and capture non-free Illuvials and sell, and continue the loop to keep making profit

And then the persons that don't like grinding, will go and buy leveled up Illuvials from someone else

ouch dude, that's rough. My hope is to buy 1-2 T1 and 1 T2, I don't have a ton of money to put into it but I think what I can put in will be well worth it. Hopefully gas isn't bad, I think they're hoping to fix that with staking V2 but I'm not sure

oof, that's tough. I haven't claimed anything yet, but I won't have a ton anyway because I'm in the core pool and I also only had 2 staked. I'm going to get a few more and then put them in the SLP pool. Still deciding if I want to go all in though, I need some ETH for the land sale haha

it's a tough balance, I just wish I had gotten in the SLP pool sooner at this point. Might sell some of my traditional stocks to get ETH, I've been thinking about pulling out of that market for a bit anyway, this could be a good reason

Haha yeah, it's though deciding on that sort of thing 😅 but in the case of the slp pool you would want to get in before the land sale because i think all revenue goes back to the pool holders.....

Is for stakers and only the portion of ILV. SLP is half ETH and half ILV but has high APY.
