Yes. So fiat to ILV token - then tranfer to metamask - then to staking platform V2. Just remember there are gas fees from exchange to metamask, metamask to staking platform.

I believe that GPU is a bit below the 1050Ti which has been floated at the minimum requirement. But, the devs have been able to run the game on lower rigs. So, if you don't mind being on low settings, your laptop should be good.
