There are tiered tax brackets in the US also for income but it is a marginal tax rate. Also, capital gains tax is dependent on if it is long term capital gains or short term capital gains. Quite a different tax rate between the two.

There's the hypothetical edge cases of people who bought a bunch within the hour block, and sold it all after, but it's possible chain analysis can root those people out. Hey guys what happens if you were in the ETH/ilv liquidity pool on sushi swap and have had the LP tokens staked for silv

but soon when Staking V2 is released, you will need to UPGRADE the pools, to enable your staking to interact with the V2 protocol.
Then when they reenable sILV claiming, any sILV you claim will be the new sILV v2, and will be claimed as the new token.

So for now, no problems, or actions needed.
