• You decide whether to lock your deposit or not (if locked, you will receive more rewards from yield farming and revenue distribution, but you cannot withdraw your deposit until the chosen locking period is over)
• After approving the contract (if this is your first interaction with it) you confirm the staking of the desired tokens

Hey Dannylux-- Staking is still working as intended if you are staking in the ILV-only Core Pool or if you are staking in the ETH/ILV SLP Pool for the FIRST time and don't already have pending rewards.

If you already have tokens in the SLP pool, then you will not be able to add more to that stake at the moment since it will need to automatically claim rewards... but the team paused the claiming of rewards from the SLP pool due to the team having to remove the sILV minting function.

Once the V2 contracts are live, then rewards claiming will be back and you can stake

Yes, you should be clear to stake for the first time... however, depending on how much you're trying to stake, it may be worth it to wait for the V2 contract to be live.

Gas fees are pretty high right now! Keep in mind as you will need to pay gas fees for each of those transactions you mentioned if you stake right now PLUS you'll need to pay gas fees again when it comes time to upgrade to the V2 protocol.

That energy can be used for a variety of actions including scanning, gathering, battle etc. In theory you can even capture more than one Illuvial per travel but using your energy wisely and thus optimizing your spoils per travel will make a huge difference between good and less good players.

Crafting = Solons
Forging = Hyperions

Those fuels are produced on the paid land plots. So you can either produce the fuels for yourself and use them in the main game... or purchase the fuel from other land owners 🙂

Its designed to require some amount of investment to get access to anything but somebody who plays smart could earn their way up. The NFTs have to have some cost behind them otherwise they wont hold any value.

Also keep in mind that the autobattler is what people are supposed to be spending most of their time on. So maybe you do a bunch of free T0 travels then spend a bit to do a couple higher tier travels and you would have a decent team to play the autobattler modes.
