The value of sILV in the game - and for possible sales where sILV is allowed - will be equal to the value of ILV.

While claimed staking rewards in the form of ILV are locked for 12 months, sILV offers the opportunity to liquidate your staking rewards immediately. The tradeoff for that is that sILV only can be used in-game and does not provide compounding in any form.

Think of an ILV bar where we all go to hang out and chat, and can create our own unique appearance. There are people that wouldn’t be interested in the Pokémon style gameplay, or the investment side, but would be interested in a AAA graphical Metaverse where they can interact with others and form social bonds. This would add value to the ecosystem, and in turn the ILV coin, further pumping it. They could buy NFTs like hats, shirts, hairstyles etc.

Illuvium: Zero is a mobile mini-game that will interact with the main game. Illuvium: Zero will be a base building game which will be staged on a piece of land. Paid land will produce Fuel ERC20 tokens and Blueprints which can interact with the main game. There will be 100k plots of paid land in total, and the first land sale will offer 20k of these plots for sale in a dutch auction format. Just wondering that was true, I'm really want to get some land but the whole staking ILV and sILV process is all very new to me so initially I was just looking to buy it with ETH

At this time, sILV is around 700usd but at the time of the land auction the price of sILV when used to purchase will be the same as the value of ILV. Example here is if the auction is today your 1 sILV which was bought at 700 will now have a purchasing power of 1600 USD.
