I'd recommend doing staking in batches. Accumulate ILV first, then stake it all in 1 go.

A never ending trial, I guess 🙂 You'll be able to play a "full" version of Illuvium: Zero on a Tier 0 plot but you just won't have fuel production. That's the resource that can either be swapped for ETH or transferred over to the main game to be used.

And yes, land sales will be in Dutch auction format. Prices will start very high and become lower over time. When someone sees a price they like, then they buy the land and it's theirs! No bidding wars.

Illuvium Zero is the side game that includes Land Plots. Illuvials are captured in the Overworld of the Main Game.

When you defeat an encounter in the Overworld and try to capture an Illuvial, you do so by using a shard. When executing the capture attempt, there is a certain probability for you to succeed. This depends on the quality of the shard and the rarity of the Illuvial. On top of that though, it also depends on the bonding curve.

Illuvials at Tier 1+ are on a bonding curve which means that with every copy someone captures of a particular Illuvial it will get harder to capture another copy for everyone until eventually a set is retired and replaced by a new one 🙂

It is Illuvials (=the creatures) not Illuvium (=the game/ecosystem), 2) You need shards, yes, but these also need to be cured which costs a fee and 3) You can play and capture for free at Tier 0 rarity, but if you want to catch more rare Illuvials you will also have to pay a travel fee in order to enter the regions on a level that includes Tier 1+ Illuvials 🙂

Land is by Dutch Auction, so bots don't really serve much purpose. It is possible that "normal people" will be priced out of land, but since the revenue is distributed, this is still the fairest option. You can always buy and stake ILV to take advantage of high land prices.

Teir 1 will cost you eth to travel into, and have more valuable resources and stronger illuvials, but You will need your team of T0's to beat them and be able to catch them.

Just regular staking will require no attention and also allows for revdis once it begins. Land requires attention for it to be profitable (imo). I recommend you do lots of research before making any choices. There are lots of creators with great videos out there such as @mossy grove @acoustic urchin and @coral dirge . I personally have been very happy with Illuvium and all of the team
