The reason I think they would be more open to bringing on interns once the studio gets its footing is because they are moving so insanely fast right now that alot are probably working 16hr days so wouldnt have time to onboard interns for example. Your question was vague mate. The prices haven't been published for what things will cost, really only speculation so far

If you want to branch out from the free Tier 0 regions, you'll have to pay a fee to travel and also pay to cure your shards, which will allow you to capture Illuvials in the region.

Average costs for all the fees within a single run (travel, curing shards, ...) is currently estimated for $50 but the exact cost is unknown. We'll get more info closer to game launch 🙂

But if you want to capture the Tier 1 and higher Illuvials (more rare, valuable), then you will need to pay a fee to travel to those regions as well as fees to cure each shard that you want to use to capture them. The estimated $50 cost would be for those fees at the moment

I'm not certain about the "max" amount of energy though. Not sure if everyone has the same amount or if you can have a larger max amount compared to others due to some sort of leveling mechanic
