Typically this is a connection error. Could be related to IMX api that does not run properly through to your ip address. Could be some sort of local network issue on your end. It sounds like support has not found a global fix for the underlying issue(s) that lead to the connection problems. But restarting the game does fix the sync. Obviously needing to do this multiple times a run/match is a more complicated problem.

Hello. first you need to shoot it to destabilize the illuvial there is purple bar at the top center of your screen that needs to fill up in order to destabilize it and create singularity (blue circle). Once its formed you can enter it by pressing E and then R. Once in the fight you need to defeat illuvial using yours. once defeated you can use shards to capture desired illuvial
