no it was some bug, there were no Ergon Rifts either

they were there, they showed up on my map when i ran by, but they visually did how show on the screen

and when i hit 100 energy, i walked right over where one showed on the map, and it gave me some error "404 cannot load resource with ID"

they are ethereal Illuvials, not catchable. They make the encounter more challenging/interesting without reducing the rarity of higher Tier/Stage Illuvials. Prior to that system they had more encounter mods which caused Stage 1 Illuvials to go on a rampage which was very strange and hard to evaluate.

This is currently the thing bothering me most about Overworld. You pick the wrong drone and you may as well not even play, and no way to change drones.
Hild3 is leagues above the rest. Like 80% of the illuvials I chase get away.

Yeah I was surprised at how difficult it was to be honest. I have to start the fight with drone ability, and special weapon ability, and keep on it perfectly until the special weapon and drone ability recharge. If it runs back a second before the recharge, no chance.
With Hild3 you can just freeze it, shoot with special weapon ability and not even have to chase it at all.

For you guys that are saying illuvials are getting away… are you using the G ability in the overworld? If you put a weapon on the ‘weapon’ slot just next to the mag boots, visor etc, it gives an incredibly OP ability. Combine that with any of the drones tbh, and you shouldn’t be having everything get away

There can be all the illuvials once you step into a paid run. In stage 1, some of the higher tiers are just rarer than in comparison to stage 2 or 3 runs.

I say all, but obviously you won't find stage 0's in paid runs

For those of you who didn't choose the Hild3 drone, use the basic stock shield (or sword, can't remember) as then your G weapon ability stuns as well for 5 seconds with extra damage.

Just equip it in your weapon slot of your ranger

When you hover over the item it will give a description of it's overworld ability

The one on top? Its your energy, the more Illuviums/Equipment you use the less often you can throw a shard to catch an Illuvium.

A T1S1 uses 30 energy per shard use, if you'd like three chances you'd need 61+ energy

We use the lowest ID for forging, so if you want to forge X weapon and you A (id: 101), B (102), C (150), and D (21) weapons, the game will use A, B, and D.

So basically yea, i don’t believe the stats they show and just kinda look at ivs to get the gist of how good it should be

I noticed the stats between the Illuvidex and in game are not consistent. I believe this is because the levels +% is not factored into the illuvial menu stats, at least until the illuvial is on the battle board. Then the stats are different, and actually accurate. I'll have to do some comparisons to Illuvidex, vs in game illuvial menu inventory, vs in game battle board.

Battle Board vs Illuvidex vs in game illuvial inventory = all show the same stats at LVL 1. Rounding differences only. But when the illuvial is leveled up, the in game inventory system does not account for the changes in stats as the level increases. While the battle board and illuvidex does update and provide accurate stats. But the same stats are accounted for across the board looks like.

I reported this already with the in game bug reporting feature a right after launch.

Its a weight system, if you have a T4S2 running around, there might be a T1 holo inside.

It would be nice if they added a filter for traits, currently it is very hard and time consuming to find an illuvial with the traits you are looking for. I think this would help a little bit with driving some sales as well. Ones posted with better traits that people want a little more for I think just go unnoticed at the moment and I believe the value is there that people would be willing to buy them but the effort to do so is just not realistic.

The game is also technically still in Beta, they have some big names on their development team I dont think people realize that this most likely is far from the full game they eventually intend to release. one is basically the more illuvials got cought, the harder they get to catch (droprate decrease)

the other one is to keep the ratios as they should be, for example:
I catch an atlas, the drop rate of atlas' gets decreased.
If i would catch 1 of every illuvial that bonding curve is back to default.

The bundles are slightly discounted but depending on what your plans are ie crafting vs going into the different stages you might use one much more then another

Correct, you can also build a custom team though with any combination of your own illuvials and the ones on free rotation. when you go into the team building you can sort by free rotation and see what is available to use

It's not too user friendly but within your passport you can bridge your USDC from imx to imx zkevm. You need to enable the Refuel option and you will get a small amount of imx token on the zkevm chain as you need to pay a (cheap) gas fee there. Once you bridged, you can swap the USDC to ETH within the app, and bridge the ETH back to the imx chain. Now you can buy fuel with it.

Within passport, you will find the bridge button in the top right corner. Once you click it, it will take you to the built in Layerswap bridge where you can choose the options you see in the screenshot (don't forget to enable Refuel).

I think the game generates too many illuvials and has too few players. We are now at 220,000 illuvials, growing by around 20,000 every day. But owners remain at 14,000. We would need another burn mechanism.

Fused the highest attack stat Umbre on the market! Lost two holo rakes in the process unfortunately , but I am still happy since it is max omega and attack damage, with 30% attack speed

Also, I have offically confirmed that the stats are combined together to form the final fused illuvial (see screenshots of the three illuvials I used). Each individual stat point becomes one of the three. Fusing does NOT just pick one of the three base illuvial's stats. It's a combination on a per stat level.
