I have trezer hard wallet here is what i did:

1. log into trezor app update and and all that
2. log into meta mask and then connect that hard wallet
3. got to muttable X Marklet place and log in there first -> this was the key for me that i missed fora good while
4. then go to your immutable pass port and log in and transfer all you stuffs
5. then went to illuvidex to log in and connect to passport and transfer again
6. tried to trasfers agian beacsue it said a error occured but it went through with a follow up message saying account already registered

Yeah, so basically, the migration process helps you claim your legacy account username and merge it to your passport. IF you have illuvitars, land etc it makes an easy flow for you to follow and transfer assets to your passport. If you botched this step and logged in first you can check this out:

The original management of assets made it possible to have the owners secure the lands on their external wallets and have others(scholars) play the account for them. But now giving the scholars the access to the account makes them able to transfer the land/assets out 😦

@marble furnace if you’re able to get the passport login thing to work you should be able to use the manual transfer in to move the asset from your mm/imx wallet.

The manual transfer gives you the wallet address of the passport and you can just send the nfts you want on the passport directly.
Transferring is kind of a pain cause illuvium website doesn’t want to show you your assets unless you migrate and imx market wasn’t working but I was able to do the transfer on tokentrove and was able to get the land moved over to the passport without needing to do any migration.

5. Remember that this is a Beta and that means it isn't feature complete.
6. You all get to be here at the very start, and that means you'll have the opportunity to experience the game in a way that nobody ever will afterwards. When we look at the progress over our existence, it's pretty crazy. The game will be a much more polished experience a year from now, and you might not recognise some things. That's progress. Your reward for dealing with the rough edges is you get Set 1 Illuvials. Someone is going to catch the first X. Someone is going to discover the first Y.
7. The game was built with this idea that we are launching as a beta. It's literally part of the DNA of the game, that when you get in first, it will feel more raw. There are fewer NPCs, fewer quests. Things unanswered. Etc. Please treat it how it was meant to be treated: You start after a crash with no idea what is going on, and nobody around you does either. The world will be built out to reflect this. Things will mature. New features added and literally built into the hub, etc.

And most importantly, please remember that the team are humans too. We thrive on your feedback. We love praise for the things you think we did well. And we appreciate constructive feedback for those things where we haven't hit the mark.
