The fun part of games like TFT and even gods unchained is every games plays out very differently. Arena just feels stale and repetitive

LOTM is meant to bridge the gap until the OtherSide is online.

These are not just emotes or skins, but ships, loot boxes from partner games etc.

Why can't we distribute a small percentage of our NFTs (like Illuvials) as leaderboard etc. rewards before the Overworld goes Open Beta?

We shouldn't be religious about not selling/rewarding NFTs before the games are ready. These rewards don't even have to be on the blockchain yet, we can allow minting at a later time.

They don't cost us any money and bring people into our ecosystem, compared to ILV rewards they can simply sell and leave.

Imagine they get a F2P land rewarded, with a small amount of initial fuel generation capability, that they can improve later on e.g. with booster packs?

Or a small chance to win a Rhamphyre Illuvial?

I would accept some dilution from these lands, when this means bringing in new players.

There's no "oh shit!" moment like getting a 3 star 5 cost in TFT or your win condition showing up at the perfect time in GU. Casual gamers play for these moments. It's what makes you want to keep playing. Chasing that dopamine hit. Arena needs it's "oh shit!" mechanic

I can not stop thinking about a full mobile Illuvium game.

I looked at Mavia and correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it only the Battle aspect that differentiates it from IL:Z?

How hard would it then be to add a battle button to IL:Z, that allows for setting up an Arena battle?

This battle would run in the background on the servers and only the final video stream would be shown in IL:Z.

The rewards from these battles could be anything from resources, Illuvials, skins etc.

Another button would show your already collected Illuvials, Drones etc., also by downloading the pre-rendered NFT videos.

IL:Z would become the mobile hub for all of Illuvium with a relatively low amount of development effort, but true AAA quality and on mobile.

Game streaming might be the future anyway and with the way Arena works, it lends itself perfectly to such a setup.

Over time these battles can become real time, but in the meantime we look better than any other mobile game out there.
