no really, you can give persmissions so they can wipe. You can see your permissions on the ETH blockchain on etherscan --> more --> services --> token approvals

Okay, so you will have to visit each blockchains website so Eth is etherscan(dot)io and you don't need to connect a wallet all you have to do is paste in your public address and then find where it says "token approvals" there you will see all your approved and signed things. (For ETH)
If you connect your wallet you can revoke these approved signatures.

Technically, land owners get 5% of the revenue from the fuel sales right. Somebody explained it to me and gave an example:
If I sell 100 solon, I will see that I sold 100 solon for 100 eth. (this is 5%).
But on the market, the DAO takes that 100 solon and put additional 95% solon to make up the 100%. a total of 2000 solon to be sold on market. Then the 1900 sales will be gained by the DAO.
My question is, technically, how is the DAO adding that 95%? Are they magically producing it or what. TIA.

File a police report. Be ready to track the eth and see what exchange it gets sent to. It might be possible to get an order to put a hold on the scammers’ account on the exchange. It’s not much of a hope and it’s a lot of work but it’s the best option. Or work on accepting and grieving the loss.

In 2022 we suffered a minor data breach due to problems with one of our marketing campaign tools. The vendor wasn't helpful in triaging the breach, and we have since ended our engagement with the vendor. All user data was removed from their system. We do know with certainty that the breach only consisted of emails as that is the only information we shared with the vendor.
At the time we were following the Australian guidelines for the reporting of incidents and this data breach did not meet the reporting thresholds, and thus was not reported. We are working on a new public disclosure policy which favours transparency above and beyond what is required by regulators and would appreciate your feedback when the policy is shared.
Finally a reminder that regardless of how legitimate or timely an offer looks you should ALWAYS verify the URL and check announcements on discord. We don't do secret unannounced drops.

Look up how to double check wallet permissions. If your wallet wasnt logged in no problems. In most cases clicking the link is safe but it may install some malware that could do 1 of a few things but just make sure theres no new anything installed on your pc and have a good virus scan. And also just make sure theres no weird software suddenly installed on your pc. Ut more often than not its a link to some attwmpt for ypu to give them your private key seed phrase. Theres a good. Hance you are fine but just check the essentials 🙂

However I woke up this morning and had an email saying that I had been accepted for Illuvium Private Beta and was so happy that I didn't even think and just clicked the link. They stole my ETH and my PLSX from my metamask. It is so obvious that this was a scam now that I look at it but I wasn't thinking and was really excited to finally be able to try the beta. That should be a 100% must from the team if they are aware of a breach. People need to know their emails have been leaked otherwise they are much more likely to think an illuvium targeted email is legit

It is a leviathan. Incredibly large monsters that walk around on the overworld and make up a large part of the making of the regions.
I.e. holding brightland steppes up, causing ebb and tide in some areas.

this has definitely given me a new perspective.
i think that the big innovation and revolution is not blockchain, but bitcoin (blockchain existed before, but nobody was interested). I think the hype around web3 and blockchain is much more psychological than technical, which is fine, but I think it's important to differentiate. Possession, use, lease, exclusion, transfer and collateral are also possible with other databases if the web2 companies wanted to. Why psychologically and not technically? because the web3 companies focus on interoperability and design everything to be able to transfer assets in a publicly visible way. all this would also be possible with traditional open databases, but nobody was interested in it before because the thought of ownership and exchange was not in the foreground.
as an example lease: smart contracts are just simple "if --> then" formulas, which a company could have already built in beforehand

Within the USA, companies cannot let their players sell in game assets for cash. This is why Steam only lets players sell with for Steam Bucks within steam marketplace. Just not legal in the USA to the best of my knowledge. Because these in game assets are in a decentralized location (the blockchain), they are legally allowed to be bought and solde for real value/cash/crypto. I'd say this is the key difference.
But yeah, not losing your assets if some admin mistakenly bans you in also incredible awesome. Heard some horror stories about players who lost a lot of value in skins.

The interface for the players is centralized for viewing and using the assets. But the assets themselves are decentralized on the ETH blockchain. Your illuvium account tied to your wallet could be banned, but you could still sell your assets on the blockchain or transfer them to a new account.
There are advantages and disadvantages of these aspects. This allows the Illuvium team to have some control, while allowing potentially billions of assets to sit on the blockchain securely, which is far harder to hack and steal assets from than from a centralized database.
