While I agree, the death globe doesn't really add that much value to me at the moment. It can be fun getting back when it's on my tail. Yet I try to avoid it happening altogether. I'm undecided if it is really needed or not.
If you re-word your idea/proposal without all the hate and some reasons with maybe something to add. I'll respond to it. Maybe even support it.
I don't see how the narrative of bashing everyone is going to get anyone anywhere.

Really there is a limit to what people have to endure. The team can be as polite and professional as possible. Yet that doesn't mean it's okay to be a complete asshole. .

When you land just tap in the opposite direction to where you are going, it stops you. Or you slide around.

I kind of like that it's a little challenging. I remember playing Lara Croft way back. You literally fell off everything if you didn't land right. Games are much easier than they were 20 years ago.

Its a game, all games can be beaten. It's not really that hard. I'm an average player. I spent time in T0 and just mucking around in other tiers before I collected anything. I parkoured the whole map without upgrades to see if it could be done. Maybe ask the team why they implemented it. I like it. You don't, that's okay. You can play without using it much at all.

It's not optional, it's already in the game. At some point we have to realise we have invested in other people's visions. They have a ten year plan. Game currently is private beta, not all features are and finished or set in stone.
Tutorial is one of the last things you add as you want everything to be included and you don’t want to redo work because some mechanics of the game have changed that now render the previous tutorial and the work put into it useless.
Tldr. fastest way to get the finished game out is prioritizing and things like the tutorial which are mainly quality of life for private beta testers aren’t top of the list due to that.
