ahhh, but you see I am thinking of community growth and retention.
I am already a happily committed little Illuviboy... so I dont need any gibaways to help incentivize me.

So I intentionally don't participate, thus increasing the chances the prize will go to either;
a) someone who has just heard about Illuvium, and thus wins something that helps incentivize them to join the community and stay
b) a recent community member who came but had not yet committed to spending, but now wants to buy a few more to go with their winnings
c) a disheartened community member that feels they are in the red, but getting a small win helps encourage them to stay to win more
d) garf, who cheats and wins too often
