it does say in the FAQ to link a wallet to your illivium account, by going to account settings > link a wallet. when you follow that account settings is limited to password change and username change, but no ability to link land wallets to play account. So I am guessing this is yet to come correct and that we cannot link our land to our illuvium account yet as suggested in the FAQ?

You can get access to the Illuvium Zero alpha by buying land.
For closed beta access for Arena and Overworld you just have to apply on the website, you cant buy anything to get access to those.

There is a 'season 0' of the alpha for around 8 weeks where you wont be able to keep anything. After that theres the regular alpha period where you will be able to earn and mint a limited set of blueprints

I think the main difference is if you are playing Tier0 as a free to play, your game is just a fun game. If you pay to buy land, then your game is on the blockchain and your assets exist and can be sold for revenue.
