All lands cumulatively produce about 5% of all Fuel, which accounts for about 5% of in-game revenue. You only realize your share of that 5% when you actively produce and sell Fuel for ETH.

The other unknown which could be huge is the status of being a land owner and the price point that scarcity could hold.

I know a lot of people have worked out the math on sites per plot incl. production boosts, but a simplified take on it:
5% distributed between 20000 plots = 0.00025% per plot.
95% distributed between staked ILV (8M for example sake) =0.000011875% per ILV. Equivalent earnings at about 21.05 ILV.

Now, this also assumes that all 20k plots are being used to produce Fuel. If 5% were distributed between only 10k plots (i.e. 10k plots were inactive), equivalent earnings would be double, so an "average" plot would be equivalent to 42.1 ILV. Plots that don't get played don't get paid.

NFA ofc, and obviously an "average plot" doesn't exist, but it does give you some scale of land's Fuel earning capacity relative to ILV. This also disregards Blueprints, and any ability of an individual to capitalize on market trends and trading.
