The private beta that is currently playable is the autobattler. There is nothing yet for using with the land. The first opportunity will be the #🎮〕illuvium-zero alpha when it is available. But when that alpha does launch it will not be earning anything. Just practice.

The private beta #🎮〕illuvium-arena is also not connected to the blockchain. Just playable for development purposes. Pb2 will be the same way.

I guess special treatment can go both ways, if you don't like a person you'll mute/ban him quicker and if you like a person you will probably cut them some slack more often. It's likely impossible to take out all the subjectivity in these decisions, but clearly defined rules for muting (offending, spamming idk) and banning (3x mute?) will take out the big part of it and people know what to expect and leaves less room for special treatments

If illuvium zero resources are to be kept the economics will imbalance. Bc more resources than the demand so the resources will have less value.

We get to play illuvium zero so we get a taste of it and idea how to farm resources

And if we find any blueprints ( skins ) then we get to keep it. So that’s the bonus for early adopters

Multiple aveneues for earning will be available. 1,000,000 ILV is set aside for in-game yield but then you'll be accumulating NFTs in-game as well which could possibly be sold! Earning potential below ⬇️

In Illuvium there will be several options to P2E:

• sell captured Illuvials
• sell farmed materials
• sell crafted items
• wager on battles in the Leviathan Arena
• earn some of the 1 Million ILV set aside for in-game rewards

BUT, while the game will be free to play, in order to participate in the earning part of the economy, a bit of money needs to be invested.

I made a mistake and thought overworld was included in PB2 but they are getting arena PB2 out faster than I thought lol

Its consumed when you succeed in capturing. So you need one shard per Illuvial you capture.

You just keep it if the capture fails.

Lands dont produce shards. Shards are mined from the overworld. Which means that if there are more shards than the economy needs people will just stop mining them for a while.

The shards themselves will be mined in the Overworld. But in that state, they're just useless rocks as far as I know. Land in Illuvium: Zero is producing the fuel which is required to "cure" the shards so the shard can be used to capture Illuvials.
