My major problem with Illuvium is that when i invested a lot in, i was not aware about Hardware wallet and i know that it's difficult but i reaaally hope one day it will be possible to transfer (with same weight of token) my tokens, SLP etc etc from my MM to my ledger

However you may also want to factor in Liquidity of selling an NFT vs selling a Token.

Additionally remember that if you are Not Playing the Illuvium Zero game, then it will not be generating you returns other than capital appreciation.
Or you may need to get someone to play/manage the lands for you, which will eat into your returns.

Well, some considerations in the math- The token would never be able to liquidate 100% of its marketcap. Most circulating supply is locked in staking. For the land, id say its harder to dictate "value" for land sale, the SILV2 was burned, the ETH was around 4400 eth - 630k ish USD. Maybe rough estimates but its hard to dictate "value" imo, alot of moving parts, plus the nfts are illiquid assets, so i doubt youd be able to liquidate 50mill of land at current state heh

I have been vested in illuvium for almost a year now and i have lost just about 70% of the value of my initial investment, but i have seen what happens here and its unique in somany ways that i simply dont care about that, it will go up and go up higher and higher in the future, revdis will become my income in 5-10 years and the rest i own (ilv/land/etc) will just be the basis for my pension 🙂 Just the way SILV1 was handled by the team is unique enough to believe in them forever,.
