you won't be able to use them in the same game. You could exit the game, buy them, then reload, if you really want to catch the illuvial, but you can't use any shards you got in the run you're in, you need to forge them first

hey all, wanting some clarification with omega powers, and the stats that matter. With the nimble lynx for instance, it states it slashes the target 5 times for [] (Omega symbol) physical damage per slash
then has damage= x5 as an example for mine.

With this, does it mean that the value for omega power is irrelevant, as the attack damage stat is what matters?
Or is it the omega power stat that is multiplied?

You can easily get on the list with just t1 runes, believe me, and it's super cheap if you have enough time. If you want a higher ranking, it's more expensive.

You can try to rank in bounty hunts which rewards ILV or sell good stat illuvials in the market. (Though it is hard to sell illuvials now)

Free world illuvials (Tier 0) can worth something if it has good stat or dark holo. There are those who buy them.

It is worth to run paid world if you manage to rank in bounty where your ILV reward > Fuel consumption. I suggest Stage 1 runs for now.

No, freeworld illuvials don't give bounty points.

I have sold ~$20 of t0 (free world) illuvials which has paid for some t1 runs, it can work, you just need to look at what stats are of the illuvials you're capturing, and most of the time they sell because someone wants to fuse them with another Illuvial.

It's a know issue it's happend somethime, to fix it you just have to exit the game and log back in. You will be able to start the fight using the start button.

Ok, then why are you complaining? You pretty much get what you spend on runs back from the weekly rewards. And you keep all the illuvials on top. Those high stat lynxes can easily worth more than a weak t5s3 and it's not often you find these stats on any stage run. I know we would all like to find something special every run but then they would not be special anymore... I have easily had worse runs than what you are saying here. A few weeks ago I was competing for the top spot on the LB and run 20+ stage 3 runs. Seen a total of 1 t5s3 on all of those...

• Usually capturing now is the way to go, since fusing them got quite expensive
• If you just want the t0, i guess fusing is a valid option since it is for free and just uses free materials if i remember right. (not sure tho, honestly never fused a t0)
• Also there are some t0 quite cheap on the dex, since you can farm them for free. So could be worth thinking about to buy your last 1-2 illuvials you are missing.

here, in my opinion, there is no clear answer, depending on what goal you are pursuing.. someone likes to collect a collection playfully, someone is tired or has no time, or for other reasons decides to buy or use an autodrone.. all advice will be based on their experience.. it seems to me that until you try all the methods yourself, you will not understand what you like)

capture chance could be improved with drone upgrades, but those are costy and the ressources for them to craft you can find only in higher stage runs.

• Check if you have the basic pistol/armor in your team.
• Some assets didn't load properly into the encounter. Go back to main menu and back into ow again to reload the assets.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I think at least a few new users will follow a similar path as I did: they visit the Illuvium website, explore the Autodrones and Leaderboard sections .. but when I check the leaderboard, there’s no info on which Illuvials are needed, how many points each is worth, or even when the leaderboard season ends.

It seems like this kind of basic info should be directly on the leaderboard page or at least linked from it. I doubt most new users will assume they need to check a specific Discord channel daily just to get this crucial info. Unless my way of navigating the site is very unusual, it feels obvious that these details should be made more accessible.

Also, just to clarify .. when you mention "It's on your Missions tab", I can't see that either. Where is it?
I know you didn't design the website and for most of you in this discord this is all obvious, but for me (and I quess I am not alonbe with this), navigating the webite is kind of a frustrating experience.

How can I speed up the leveling of my illuvials?

You can use Flintcaps. Also, the higher the Stage of your run, the more experience you gain from encounters. So basically, the fastest way to level up your illuvials is to enter a Stage 3 run and use Stage 3 Flintcaps on the illuvials you want to level.

Just note, that Stage 3 encounters are quite hard, so you will need a solid base team (mostly Stage 3 Illuvials that synergize with each other) and then you can add the illuvials you want to level (I'm assuming that you want to level up lower Stage Illuvials).

Visit the illuvidex page and click on the fuel icon in the upper bar. It will redirect you to the fuel page.

Press M: open your map.
Look at top right there the Obelisk icon, click and hold on it. It will teleport you there.

Once you teleported to the Obelisk: Press E to interect with it a window will open.
Select one of the three available region where you can travel. Each region have 4 stages with different Fuel cost: Choice carefully remember each Fuel cost $0.01.
Stage 0: free
Stage 1: 25 $0.25
Stage 2: 149 $1.49
Stage 3: 899 $8.99

Otherwise, I recommend opening an in-game support ticket to report the differences you’re currently experiencing compared to how the game was running before. If you already have opened ticket. I will bring the issue on the DAO illuvium Community Council

You can create a second account just for storing Illuvials. Move all the junk there — it might take a few hours, but it’s worth it. Just make sure not to use the second account at the same time as your main one for leaderboard rewards. One account = one leaderboard.

The rules don’t prohibit having a storage account for clutter.

1️⃣ First, just transfer all your Illuvials to the second account. Sending 30 Illuvials per transaction means around 300+ transactions.

2️⃣ Now, on the second account, you need to identify the single best Illuvial from your collection for each type and send them back to your main account.

3️⃣ Click on the Illuvials filter.

4️⃣ Select the Line and Type filter.

5️⃣ Choose the Illuvial line (for example: Aapon).

6️⃣ Select a specific Illuvial (for example: Lesser Aapon).

7️⃣ Identify your best Illuvial based on its stats. Use the "Trait purity" slider filter, setting it initially around 92-100 to make it easier to find the best one. Manually analyze those Illuvials. If none appear, gradually lower the TPI range, for example to 85-100.

8️⃣ Once you find the best Lesser Aapon, send it to your main account.

This process will take about 207 transactions and a few more hours of work.

It might just be a shear data volume issue, the game client has to load thousands of items from the blockchain, each with a bunch of meta data. It simply takes time, just as it takes time to download a movie or a game client update.

I would for sure do the opposite mate. Far quicker to open a new account, send over your money so you buy fuel there, pick a team of 10-20 illuvials you hunt with, send over your gear and shards and off you go, hunting. The new season just started, unless you already have enough points to remain on the leaderboard at the end of the week, you simply play on the new one and get the reward there.

Stage 0 run is the way. But you'll have to do a lot of runs since it's free and low in exp.

last two Stage3 runs seems a bit odd.... again may just be random bad luck. But both of them had.
1 x T5S1 and 1 x T4S2... As the highest on the map, it honestly looked more like what I would get in a normal Stage2 run. 😦

You can still get a lot of points from hunting Cardulox, Kukkaraph, and Archeleon. There is a time when I did 100+ stage 1 runs and still got 28k pts. Less than 30$.

When you go into the battle in OW, right click the illuvial to see their info, then hit SHIFT to see their individual stats. Or if you look them up in the illuvdex, they show the individual stats at the bottom of the info.
The tpi judgues based on the role, so for this bulwark tank, his health and resists are maxed so it gets a good trait purity rating.

TPI is calculated based on the beneficial traits. For example, atlas needs traits like Health to have a better shield or dmg. That is why its tpi is calculated where Health could maybe have the highest point. But the Health of this Atlas is very low.

The TPI is an indicator for the "overall strength" of the Illuvial, not just for Arena. (they have more then just the 6 stats). the Hexagon is what is showing the relevant stats for Arena. This was supposed to be reworked so TPI aligns with the Arena strength. (so in your example it would be 100).... but not entirely sure if it is still the case or they will wait for MMO, maybe they intend to make more stats relevant.
I did make a suggestion to display the number for both "Arena power" and "overall power" to avoid confusion, and I still think that would be a good idea.

So in this example... my 94TPI is actually slightly better than the 97 one, for Arena.
(but that's not obvious if just looking at the TPI)

TPI scores are currently incorrect. They were determined by the stats that are seen here as well as other stats that were to be used in other games in the future. This lead to confusion as many of us thought we were buying/colleting perfect Illuvials because the 6 stat grid was full but then found out the TPI was not 100%. After a bunch of discussion back in April Aaron confirmed that there would be a change and an Illuvial's stats would be based on the grid that you see for all games. Ignore TPI and look at the grid to determine your Illuvial's score.

How long ago was it captured? Sometimes they will take a little while to mint, especially if you recently finished the run.
You can also try restarting the game to kick start mint if it doesn’t do it automatically.

Overworld has a few bugs at the moment, and it’s likely they are aiming to get them fixed when they release the vertical slice / new overworld style

But for the most part, a minting issue can be fixed with a restart
