Hey guys just a tip if you have had the EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000 (or any other similar codes) error and your game crashing often. Make sure if you have an NVIDIA graphic card that you have the Studio Drivers installed through the GeForce Experience app.

Also something that I have tried to do is to do a clean install of the drivers using Display Driver Unistaller and then reinstalling all the latest drivers fresh. I have also had to update my BIOS and reduced my RAM frequenzy from 3600 to 2666. Now the game works fine. I'm running a 3080TI and an Intel I7-10700k.

I've spent "only" 6 hours trying a lot of combination to fix the problem so I wanted to share it here for future help in case peopel have the same problems. I'll amend that slightly... if you have blueprints in your inventory, under the Resources tab, then they're usable. If you're not seeing it yet, you probably migrated your account before some of the fixes went in. But as long as they're in your Passport wallet you should get them eventually

I don't know too much about auth issues. Make sure you're using the main build and not the testnet one, and that you've set up your Passport account and given it permissions for Illuvium. Maybe try logging in on the website first?

maybe the blockchain is just being slow right now, if a lot of people are playing... Also make sure you're looking in the right place - while you're in a region, anything you pick up will show up under "Obtained", then it'll move to your main inventory once you return to Sanctunm Mesa

I just looked at the market and by curing resplendent shards vs the sell price, you already lost half what you paid… how is this fun?
And with captures being low chance, the gamble is not worth it… if you guarantee a capture, yes maybe it’s worth it
The big problem is, it isn’t fun enough to warrant all the money to put into it
Maybe, like Axie, if there is some reward(which you didn’t have to pay for)for winning a battle, it might go better

Yes, the game is way too pricy. Imagine playing a couple of hours as an average gamer what this would cost you to do so. this game needs to be totally free even when going into stage 3 overworld. there is needed to be able to have to do things that help you but dont destroy economy.
we need to be clear: this game needs income to sustain itself. running this game as a company cost money. much money. further development costs also much money.

What I look at:
LOL: total revenue comes out of customization and rich kids, that buy ingame to speed up progress (getting the wanted characters) but you are able to totally free be able to get everything that is relevant for the gaming itself.
Pokemon Go: Totally free. you also can achieve every goal ingame just by playing and grinding. But you can spend money to faster hatch eggs and use consumables for some pve advantages.

So imagine making Illuvium also f2p. making it possible to get every illuvial in game. being able to spend 10hours in the game without spending money. Where can money come from?
There are SO MANY solutions. Me as an individual already having solid ideas.
We and the team needs to put heads together. Find ways for income that doesn't destroy competetive gameplay/fairness.

1st idea: What about illuvial leveling and what about their stats? already plenty options what normal gamers can do in impact them a little. but what about someone willing to spend money to get levels faster? what about gamers willing to do some gamified gamble to reshuffle the stats and maybe get them better rather than catching 100 illuvials.

This is just one idea.

I still feel like the prices are out of whack, regardless for some items. During beta, no one was paying anything--so we didn't care too much about the pricing. Now that's real dollars. Buying ILV doesn't make the game money. The treasuries goal is to buy back ILV not sell it. Selling ILV is effectively an equity raise which is important early but not the end game.
