All we have are guesses so far. Normally for a 24 part event it requires 5,000 points, and you'd be able unlock level 18 (1,110+ points) with "free" activities. This one is a bit different with how we gain Space Detectors. I would expect we'll need to purchase at least 3,900 Detectors to complete the event. Top 50 is a whole other ball of dedication.
But there is another event upcoming that will give more Space Detectors, and possibly a second (the event map doesn't call them out specifically). So hopefully less then normal.

On the bluestacks device did you complete the initial tutorial (up to I believe the part where you summon your first batch of heroes from Noah's Tavern). You should then be able to swap to the original facebook account. Select more (bottom right menu) > Settings > Account > User Center > Switch Account.

You steal it by attacking others, not advisable in normal map as you lose troops and it’s frowned upon generally, valiant conquest is a fortnight event people love cos you hit others and steal resources but the troops come back at the end of the event

Scouting for dead sanctuaries around the outskirts of your map can be good as well, look for sanctuaries with no living troops

Raiding dead sanctuaries and asking alliance maters is your best bet, especially at those numbers.
If you have resource and lesser resource boxes in the gadget tab in your bag you can open those as well. You may have to scroll a bit to find them.
Mystery shop is a great resource for speed ups and putting resources into your bag.
Do special ops Thursday, Friday and Saturday to get the phase rewards.
Claim all phase rewards for events.
Try to make as many alliance events as you can, the give resources, and other things, as rewards.
Do the red triangle 🔺 special incidents in your sanctuary, they give food and wood, I think speed ups as well.
Do the radio questions no matter how repetitive they are: you can get resources, speed ups,commander points, etc.
You can buy with diamonds or ore from the pit if you've unlocked it, but these are an absolute last resort.
Use the 8 hour 50% gathering speed ups you can buy in the alliance store, or the 24 hour one you can buy with diamonds. Activate it BEFORE you send out the first set of gatherers, it work for speeding up your gathering in the alliance mill as well.
