Next rally…. I would recommend players sending either the same tier as yours (10), or all fighters, or a shooter….

From what we’ve noticed, me sending 1 shooter doesn’t change the kills, but drops the casualties up to 500 troops.

I am a shooter, 1 lower tier fighter drops my percentage down up to 6%. 😑 wtf.

Point is… if you want actual comparison, I agree with everyone above that it needs to be the same group of players and only minor changes to pinpoint.

I have seen no evidence that kind of 1 troops other people send in any way whatsoever affect the number of kills I am supposed to be doing, which is my entire problem. I will do as you ask, but since then I have upgraded some modules and chips and my bonuses will be off anyway.

The posts I have above should be enough to demonstrate to any rational person that the game has a massive bug somewhere in its coding that does not take a 100% increase in Fighter strength due to the Ulrik upgrade into account for increasing kills.

If you're saying that 100% increase in Fighter might was negated because person X sent an additional shooter, then fix THAT bug. Although I'm consistently not seeing much better results.

Reset Ulrich, upgrade him to 7, run a controlled lair, then upgrade him to eight and run the exact same lair.

Hello. I run a few experiments regarding gathering speed and I have noticed two anomalies:

1. Gathering with your city inside the alliance hive seems to be granting +20% gathering speed instead of the 15% that is written in the alliance fort info. This bonus is also not being displayed in the commander stats.

2. When I leave the alliance, the gathering speed that is deduced from the commander stats is the sum of Gatherer I and Gatherer II rows in alliance tech. Gatherer III row seems to be ignored/glitched and not adding to the commander stats.

After everything it was the "next day" thing. I ran 2 identical lairs to the first and second attempts with my +8 and now I'm getting more kills on each, even the second configuration. So the only explanation is that it took a bit to apply the bonus. I still think that's a bug, it should be instant, but I'm happy now at least!

I should note that my kills under both configurations now are also identical, the troop makeup for the "1" troop contributors did not affect my kills now just like it didn't affect my kills yesterday. 🤷‍♂️

The increase, as far as I’m aware, is to BASE stats, not your current stats. This means that the higher you upgrade and enhance, the less actual change you will see immediately.

at least the display of gathering speed in the tile seems to be not affected. if you calculate back the bonus based on the base speed, u get the number that shows in the commander window plus the hive bonus. does not count for gatherer III either. and the hive bonus seems to be 20% regardless of alliance tech, so its not gatherer III. and jumping outside the hive you lose the 20%, this corroborates that its a hive bonus and not gatherer III

It's a bug that hero boosts are not immediate. Having to wait a day to see the results is buggy behavior, I debated quitting the game after seeing all my hard work resulted in no changes. I understand your position but please understand mine. Players expect boosts to be immediate and there is nothing in-game telling you to wait a day.

I shared this with my alliance and 3 other people were able to post similar reports from their upgrades. Do as you wish, but if this was my software I'd want to hear about the problem.

I believe it is possible to deduce, but at this point it is getting muddled. I have written a python script that rather accurately deduces the time to complete something. When testing this with a level 5 gas tile, my script was off by 18 seconds (possibly the 20% loss?), reporting I should finish it in 1:04:02 with the bonuses I have, but the game stated I'd finish in 1:04:20. Based on this, and talks with another person in the same alliance, something is missing, and it seems to be in the 15-20% range.

This was done inside the sanctuary bonuses, so I can't add to Lizard's suggestion that it could be the sanctuary bonuses that are being bugged; and when I did the math above, it does show that removing the 18% from Food Gatherer III supplies the number being shown in commander boosts; but at the end of the day...unless someone can see the code directly, that part is up for debate? What does seem to be clear is that something is missing.

I think @obtuse halo has done more to that effort than I have, so he may have more insight. I am still trying to understand the nuances of hidden bonuses (still trying to figure out if subscription and boost 50% is actually displayed in commander boosts or not, and am still coming t0 terms with the notion that everything starts with a hidden 100% base it seems), but Lizard seems to have tested this a few on his own. Regardless, I will see what I can drum up, and will DM you my python script.

I’m about to verify this with lizard I canceled my sub and we should know in a few days unless someone can get it quicker. Gave him a an SS with sub with no boost just basic stats along with sub will give him same ss after my sub is over

I do not know. I have not tested removing myself from an alliance. I think that is something the others have been working on. I can try to work with that more when I have time. But right now, while in an alliance, it appears as though I am missing 15-20% from something. That's all I can state right now until I test more.

Leaving the alliance is just an experiment that demonstrates that Gatherer III does not appear in the stat window. Also if you sum all your stats manually u get a number that is above what your stats say exactly by the Gatherer III amount. I observed this in different accounts and different alliances

I demonstrated that in a comment above, if needed. It shows 18% is offered from Food Gathering III. When adding up manually, I should have 192%, when looking at commander boosts in game, it states I have 174% (18% below the 192% manually calculated). Granted, this was only done for food as a test, but I suspect results would be the same if I did all the others as well.

No I mean the heroes are still there, I can move one tile or target, but the message battle has ended pops up…. For some reason I can’t attach screen shot. It seems to happen when the new Angelo hero is on defense team. To be clear, if I wait long enough, it declares me winner, but I’ve had to wait as long as five minutes for that to happen. Basically, the heroes are dead, but part of the game doesn’t know it yet.

He might not have intended to blacklist you. It is easy to do it by mistake. Have your player go into their Settings - Blacklist and make sure your name isnt there.

There is a reduced time that you have to reconnect to a running fight when the game kicks you out. I don't know since when. But i lost my ranking in AT, Arena and Special ops more than once. I asked CS to help me, they ignore me for more than 5 weeks now.

I use Apple. If the phone or iPd is older it doesn’t have the time in the top left corner, but you can with the newer ones. My iPad 6th gen doesn’t have the time showing with the game up, my iPhone 11 does, so I do know a bit about what I’m saying.

I recently took my ulrik to +8. When he was at +7 I was able to do a solo level 40 lair and consistently get 62%. Now that he’s at +8 I get a consistent 61% with 20k less kills and about 1k more injured. I’ve contacted cs and they basically said sorry about your luck. It makes no sense to me that I can add 100% to each of my fighter stats and lose ground on a lair. Any ideas??

Found a strange glitch. I soloed a 37 lair. When I watched the replay video it showed me winning. However the message says I lost. I got all of their troops morale down to 0% and they retreated. So why is it a loss? Below is a screen shot of the video and the message contradicting each other.

You win in the replay by losing less troops in % than your opponent, but you lose the lair by not killing more than 50% of the zombies.

I had been passing a 30 lair with shooters, and with fighters. But there had been something wonkier than usual. I had gotten 75% on 27, 28, and 29 lairs (yes, 75% on all three). There were differences, but not really a whole lot of difference.
No resets, no weapons changes, nobody over 350, no new skins or anything. Nothing changed u less they did a maintenance over the.
Weekend.

I was trying to manage my 2nd character and the game fubared on me. This new "join this alliance" blocked the mandatory training mode area I'm supposed to click, AND I can't click the button telling me to join that random alliance.

Now I can't go to settings to switch back to my other character.

This is an ongoing issue, upgrading some heroes above 350 will cause the rallies to lose % even with the same exact troops. Only way to tell is to reset any heroes you recently upgraded past 350 back to 350 and see if the % goes back to normal.

Sorry you had to do the extra work, but glad it worked. Just be aware that a lot of states have that auto invite and it will keep showing up.
Definitely join an alliance if you can, or I just make my own closed alliance for my active burners so I don’t get the pop up anymore.

When you click the Daily Quest "Go" button for the Ultimate Challenge, normally it highlights the Campaign icon in the sanctuary, and after you click that it takes you into the campaign map and automatically moves the focus to the Ultimate Challenge and highlights it. However, if you have unlocked Master mode of the campaign, then it does not do the automatic moving to the Ultimate Challenge. It instead leaves the focus on whatever chapter of the campaign you are currently on.

Yes, happens most often after changing a lineup for Commander Duel, then the heroes just kinda stay there waiting until the next march goes out.

This is interesting. I just experienced the same thing bringing a hero to 311. I couldn’t figure out what happened. The upgrade caused my lair might to drop by about 40 mil, drop in 1% completion rate. I hadn’t changed anything else.

I am suddenly unable to train anything less than max number of troops. The slider doesn't work at all, and when I try to manually change the number, it just continually fills it all back in for me by itself. Same for traps. Troop healing the slider is just fine and I can manually input how many to heal.

I did upgrades on Friday and the kills in my lairs have gone down by like up to 7-19k.
The lair yesterday was at 711k kills... today they are at 703k. On Friday after reset, I had 721k kills. So why the sudden massive drop?
It has nothing to do with troops being sent to the rally. No one sends a fighter and they mostly send shooters, riders if I dont see it.

Very small issue compared to the increase in difficulty to hit full rewards others are seeing, but I'm seeing some issues with smushed tiles in the game, like the purple tile in the middle of the second row of the screenshot. It has no effect on gameplay, I can use them fine, and they persist until they are eliminated.

If you shift them as part of another match they stay smushed like this.

The time frame is 7:42 am pst for the pic and even our other alliances in S421 are seeing it as well. It’s extremely random and had 2 get kicked and 1 stay gathering but with alliance trials going on it’s causing major issues for us all and for our state to keep peaceful.

Never heard of that happening to anyone. If you don't send enough troops, they leave when they're full even if the tile isn't finished.

This may or may not be a bug, but I thought I would report it here. The Troop HP stat does not seem to work the way I would expect. I just got a plasma scanner for Eve and was testing to see how the Rally Troop HP differed from Troop HP. I tested on a consistent lair level with allies sending 1 troop along. I noticed that when I had the extra 15% HP increase, the number killed went down and my wounded went up. I would have expected the opposite. I tested it a couple of times to make sure it was not a fluke and found that it was consistent. Higher Troop HP = fewer enemy kills and more of my troops wounded.

When reading the Battlelog part of Mail, if you use the arrows on the side of the screen to scroll to the next or previous log rather than going back out to the list, and if you scroll from, to, or past a scout log, then the back button no longer takes you to the list. Instead it takes you back to a log you had previously scrolled past. It varies a little depending on just how many scout logs you had scrolled past. If you had scrolled past multiple scout logs then the back button can get a little weird, showing empty logs or the same log multiple times. If you keep hitting the back button you do eventually get back out to the list.

If someone is frozen in my alliance zone, and the 4hr battle phase that person gets from relocating to enemy state ends. Will he be forced back to his home state despite being frozen?

Yes, I have done this. This seems to be one of several bugs, possibly a mix of the lag problems and something rotten in the the way Daria's skills were implemented.

In the same session, I was able to fire beads (3 in a row etc), bring heroes to rage, and use them, but there was no change of state in the remaining monster. When I brought Daria to rage and used her, the battle completely locked up for several minutes. After reloading the game, I was in wave 3 minus Daria.

My guess is that there is a similar problem with the other two heroes of her ilk.

Anyone help me with this problem. Happened before but seemed to sort itself out. Upgraded a lot of gear last ace. Lair 44 went from 51% to 54%. Done 200 lairs since and every lair was at 54%. Then today all liars are back to 51% even though have increased troop attk and rider attk since. Customer support says there can be 3% difference between lairs. But when you do 200 lairs at 54% and then after that the next 50 are all 51% they don’t differentiate like customer support says where every lair is different.

People at max stamina will send out a troop on a one hour rally and set it up to fail intentionally. That then refunds them the stamina which fills over cap

The notification icon for Alliance Clash is there all the time. I have clicked everywhere I can find inside the thing. I posted this before and people said that I had unspent water bottles. Ok, but I have 4 water bottles and that's not enough to buy anything, so "hey you can't do anything" isn't a good reason for a notification. I even tried just converting the water bottles in my bag but there's no option to do that.

Is there a big that's causing this to be always present? I debated between here and game suggestions but, like I said, notifying you of something when there's nothing for you to do counts as a bug at my company so maybe it does here too. You need to be in the day before sign up. The day the alliance chooses the times. So for me it’s Tuesday night EST. So if your not in the alliance before 8pm on Tuesday which is reset. Then you can’t do res wars or alliance clash.

Now here’s an issue. Normally when you collect antiserum when you’re maxed the remainder goes into backstock…. My little farm has a 100k capacity to be held plus whatever backstock…. Running 44 lairs gives 280k antiserum but I’m only getting 100k and the rest vanishes. Whatever extra should go in your bags…. Just like when you reset a hero. I’m out over 500k antiserum today already.

When stuck at 55%, it is almost always due to low/bad network connection. Try switching to/from wifi, or getting a stronger signal to load.
The game is data intensive and appears to require enough signal strength to connect.

No, it’s not that. It stops at that 55% and then I need to click on Fix Game. It closes off and when I go back in, it starts downloading. This also happens when I’m not on wifi. Both connections are great. I would know if the internet connection was bad. But it also wouldn’t require the constant download of whatever when there aren’t any updates.

The starter relocate is designed to give you a chance to check out the state you started in and a chance to leave if it isnt right for you

The change is nice and being able to set default troop type is nice, I am also shooter focused. But this still doesn't change the fact that the troop formation tech should be at the top of the list instead of near the bottom. Why should fighter focused players get theirs by default but us shooter or rider focused player will need to spend hundreds of $$ or months of game play to achieve the same feat? The game has once again screwed over any player that has chosen to be a shooter focused player

But truly, there doesn’t seem to be a fix for the lag if it’s not on our end. Have you tried rebooting your device? That helps a little on my older iPad 6th gen. Try going from wifi to mobile data and back again, clearing your cache, fix game button on the splash screen, uninstall and reinstall.
Lag is an ongoing issue which we all wish they would fix. It will even out by the weekend though.

It "only" takes 137.5 days of research, that's if you research every 4.5 hours when it's complete. But that's just to unlock the formations so you can research them. Then it's another 2 days to get them both to level 5. Seems reasonable. 🙄

When I look at the first research on that new Formation, it would take me 10 days to research it if I didn’t have the boosts already. 240 60 minute speedups. Thankfully, mine is at 4 days so it’s a lot less, due to Research and the Research Gear.

But it’s still not something you jump into, in order to save your progress.

They should have given you the option of First Formation based off of your preferred troop type.

That’s the risk of using Meyers, he increases Attack but reduces the Hit % from your heroes so more chance of missing. A good tip is to use Lady M before Meyers as it stops the hit% reduction.

I don't think it's acceptable either way. Think of it this way - you spend time and money to buy promoters/diamonds/whatever to get that 5% and move up a lair. Once you're there, the devs decide you're suddenly not good enough to achieve the same result anymore, despite all the spending. This is basically stealing from the players, as all purchases to progress mean nothing.

One of my teammates is a programmer by profession. She's extremely talented and has programmed our state discord and has created an app for our state WLK planning. She feels the lag is fixable and also that it's possible to not have to wait for the "data to process". Given what our state has seen of her abilities, we're inclined to trust what she's saying. She worked with the executive team / CEO of an extremely large, national telecom company managing their data. If she'd allowed lags like the ones we experience in the game to occur, she'd have lost her job I reckon.

As I've mentioned a number of times, if so many other apps that exist in the world are able to process insanely large volumes of data regularly, without lag, why can't this game?

The answer is 37 Games prizes profit above all else. They won't invest in fixing the issue because they value shareholders more than stakeholders.

I have two separate accounts which I play on two apple phones. I have one bound to Facebook and the other bound to twitter. The apple phones are both set up under the same Apple ID. I have always been able to play both accounts at the same time using the two different phones. Today however if I open the game on the one phone it shuts the game down on the other phone with a message saying that it has been opened on a different device. If I go into settings once this has happened. The account which is bound to Facebook for example has the twitter banner at the top of the screen and vice versa. This only corrects if I switch accounts. I hope this makes sense. Anyway. Does anyone know why this is happening all of a sudden and how I can fix this as I want to be able to play both accounts on the seperate phones at the same time as I have always done up until today. Any help would be appreciated.

The notice board gives a black screen when you click on the link in iOS. Since you can’t copy the link, either, the only workaround is to write down the link from the notice board, then open your browser and type in the link. Very frustrating. (Also, if you’re going to report things to the developers, it’s not clear on iOS that the link to redeem gift codes is a link, because it’s the same font color as the rest of the notice board. Tickets are basically useless in my recent experience...they take weeks to respond to valid and justified concerns... There was an issue reported a few days ago that I seconded around accounts on IOS and multiple devices where people that have accounts tied to Facebook and Game Center being unable to use multiple devices (i.e. one for the game center account and one for the Facebook account). May I ask please if this was raised with the devs? It actually makes managing multiple accounts easier if you have a couple of old devices to do this.

For the memes. Anyway I tried activating alliance skill as an r1 diplomat and it works. So either the description is wrong or non-r4 officer should not work since the description says "r4 officers or r5 members" rather than "officers or r5" members

As diplomat you can’t be R1 - it puts you as automatic R4

Yes if u appoint someone, they automatically become r4, but demoting them does not remove the officer role from them which I think is supposed to happen.

Yeap, it has all the abilities of diplomat but none of the r4 abilities like seeing who is online, can't write alliance mail like an r3 either. Able to schedule speaker and use alliance abilities, will test doa tmr.
