S17 has been having issues with tiles.. tiles don’t show as occupied and we’ve had a bunch of tile hits now because of that. No red flashing, nothing. Just a report after someone’s been hit

This is an ongoing issue for several months.
Best bet is a 2 hour shield so if the tile is occupied, you bounce off and return home.
Alternatively, screenshot each tile before you send to it, then at least you have proof to show when compensation is demanded for the hit, and to show CS what’s happening.

IOS game version doesn’t display special font correctly. Fonts work fine outside the game in IOS, and all fonts works fine in Android game version. Can we get a fix for this? A lot of people use special font and it makes it hard to read their names with in game. “Mostly shows a little square with a “?” Inside”

Did you see the part on that picture where I have it on the notepad? Font works fine outside the game. I use an iPhone 8 Plus and an IPad Air 3. Same results. Latest iOS. It’s not my phone it is the game.

It’s that the game in iOS doesn’t allow the font to be recognized. We can see the special characters in the game’s text box and in other apps. But once they’re in someone’s name or the chat itself, they’re question marks. So I think it’s the game not being optimized for iOS.

Ok Break Loose going on right now is Improve might. Well I just improved my might by 600k and it did not register 1 single change in my might, screwing me out of the first 3 awards. Fix it and give me my rewards I earned OR give me back my speed ups I burned for nothing.....Im in S199, Alliance 1DL, Im the leader, incase you needed that info

If you used speedups, you did this break loose completely wrong. This phase is Improve Might by promoting and enhancing gear/chips/mod/cubes. Nothing else.

It just says improve might. Maybe more clarity on what type of might improvement is wanting for specific events rather than being vague...not everyone clicks on little icon they just see improve might and go..

It has an image for representation. But it always tells you what the task is when you tap on it. In state 199 this should be familiar by now.

Every event (especially established events) has clear description of what is required for points. There are magnifying glasses everywhere to show more detail. It uses the same points and terminology used for the Ace event as well. Not a bug that you didn’t read the event details before doing something.

I’ve got ten thousand typefaces on my desktop and laptop- while iOS devices recognize 99% of all fonts and typefaces, smaller devices like the iPad and iPhone dont usually have the memory available to hold an entire type family. Aside from messages, and relatively brief responses, these devices aren’t generally used for creating lengthy documents.
I suspect that will change in the next iteration or two.

Then perhaps the game shouldn’t allow special fonts until they can be recognized by all devices!
It’s annoying beyond belief to not be able to tell what the name is without copying into the sucky chat interface, then it reverts to unreadable once you hit enter.

Sorry, I can read all the fonts, just cant write in them- with the exception of non-English fonts used for names. When that situation comes up, I ask the other party to tell me their name. Once it’s in the interface it translates, as you pointed out.

There’s a typeface called Orator, it’s specifically designed to be easy to read when giving speeches. I know that doesn’t help in either situation, but thought I’d mention in case someone sends you a letter in Fette Fraktur or Edwardian script 😩- my pet peeves! Most designers hate Comic Sans, But it is easy to read if you’re visually impaired like I am

you should still be able to join if you go to the nukaland event from the events page. i find the badge is glitchy sometimes, but have often been able to fix it by either closing and reopening the app or going through the events tab

In puzzle duel, matched 3 tiles and the game lagged, resulting in my turn being timed out. But then when it reconnected, the tiles were still there, and my opponent timed out their turn also. After a while it eventually sorted itself but I had clearly missed several turns as my health had halved. Not sure if it’s really a bug or the usual appalling server situation…

Puzzle is still Jacked-up beyond BELIEF! I was 100% (12-for-12) successful...that's now gone. Why? Because MY tile plays are/were credited to my opponent. The game "timed-out" (NOT my Internet connection) 4x during play. EVERY move I made was "timed out" and the effects of my move were credited to my opponent (against me) and then THEY had 2 moves which also counted against me. I can't play against MYSELF and win:(

Should I play the event again? No...why would I? The better I do; the more damage I do to myself. The "lag" sucks/sucked but that wasn't the issue in this instance. My moves were literally stored and put against me only to then give the opponent 2 moves to do more damage against me. I can deal with "lag" (I've come to accept that as part of the game). I can deal with "disconnect"...again...part of the game. I CAN'T deal with "kicking my own ass" while allowing my opponent the same opportunity to kick my ass with their moves and THEY suffer 0 damage. Holy Gandalf!!

I would suggest going back into the CS screen and look at your open tickets…. Times vary but also notifications for it sometimes doesn’t happen. So I’d say check daily.

I claimed yesterday before reset and it never reset to day 2 (today). It shows as level 1 unclaimed for everyone else, so they cannot contribute to my day 2 and I will therefore miss a day of rewards.

Yes it’s supposed to happen. It happens to Agent X on 250 as well. She just reduces rage development rather than wiping out their HP. It should be stated but it’s not, as with most things in this game there is a lack of transparency about mechanics. It’s what makes those levels extra challenging, though. But it’s not a bug. Just a tough game function to try to overcome.

On the video you can see Nukaland. My tile is under attack, there is a watch tower alert. I click the coords given by the watch tower and this is the error - map reloads instead of taking me straight to the coords.

The Nuka tile is X:43 Y:141 which is exactly where it has taken you from the watch tower. It just so happens it is very close to your sanctuary so it doesn’t look like the map has moved much

Thats not the issue. Yes, it took me to the cords but it doesnt have to "reload" the map. This happens only in nuka. In the state or RW it takes me straight to the point without reloading the map

Zero progress for zombie lair Hello, since the last update, no progress in our zombie lairs. For example, I have mounted the APEX of Mars red star, a 3-star equipment, a 3-star chip, 2 2-star modules, 1 one-star cube ,+4500 troops in rallying and gained only 1% on a lair 35..! several players are in this situation, is this normal??

That is neither the coins to play nor having anything to do with the mall. What that equates to is when you obtain that many coins/points while in puzzle duel, you are ranked according to the table. ie. "Congrats you've reached Amateur/Duelist/Adept in Puzzle Duel". Take a look at your System Messages and Fox tells you there when you reach another level. The table does not show that you receive that many coins daily based upon our rank (like the Arena does). The "Coins" you have available to spend in the shop are as a result of the battle awards themselves (you'll see the reward immediately after the battle and it's usually 60/70/100 coins depending upon your level. Hopefully this info. helps.

I am now seeing the full logs. I wonder if the problem with truncated help logs is related to the consistent and persistent lag problems. Let me get a screenshot.

The arrow is pointing at how many raid attempts I’ve made: 5. If I attempt again before reset, it will still let me, but the stolen ore will not be counted. Yes, losses count toward this number. The point is, I think, to keep higher level players from stealing all day long from those less fortunate. They can still steal the pit, but they will gain nothing for their efforts. <@&742285797725569104> do you know where the steal attempt info is? The information button doesn’t have it.

The tree is just a quick visual glitch. It self corrects. And the blank map is again a visual glitch that self corrects. It’s due to server lag. There’s nothing that can be done about it by you. Servers and code need to be optimized.

I am not sure if this is a new bug or what. Today, some people and me in our state has experienced an inability to login. And it’s pretty sudden as well. The login process will stop at 55% and then disconnects after a while.

This first happened when the game was lagging out and kept saying it’s disconnected. When I try to log back in, it said it couldn’t connect to server. I have:

Hey I just wanted to give the developers a heads up: I suspect that there may be ppl in the game doing DDoS attacks. I have ruffled some feathers in the game, to say the least. I don’t plan on coming back. Here’s why I think that:

1. On multiple occasions, I have experienced the game losing connection. It happens usually when I turn my phone back on while the app is still open, or when I switch back to the app after switching to another for a few minutes without closing the game. So I didn’t think much of it. Until:
2. My laptop started experiencing internet connectivity issues. I won’t go into detail, I just want to tell you that you might want to take steps to try to prevent this if possible. It doesn’t benefit you to make users lose the ability to play the game, from what I can tell

Might is specific milestones only although it will sometimes skip one that is supposed to get a notification, which sucks. Are your chips, gear, etc etc at +15 or higher? That’s when notifications start, when they hit +15. Promoting gets nothing.

One could argue that the scattering of light is the explanation for all colors, but the specific reason the earth appears blue from space is the liquid water on the planet's surface.

They might as well make the third answer "because you have eyes that can see it", then there would technically be three right answers. It doesn't make any sense to make the scattering of light the correct answer.

However, I only got it wrong once, because now I know what the game wants me to pick.

So why do the blue parts appear blue? Because of the water. The scattering of light as the mechanism for why we see any color at all is an irrational answer to the question. If there was no water on the Earth it wouldn't be blue.

Why does Mars' surface appear reddish-orange? The scattering of light? That's technically correct (because it's how we see all colors) but an absolutely useless answer.

I lost over 54K T11 troops yesterday (mostly from turret hits) amounting to about 4.3M lost might.
Today I only got a might boost for 32K might which according to my calculations should've been about 5.2M training might boost.

Because people can switch alliances and collect boxes for the phases that alliance hit, it's their way of saying dont have all the smalls from another alliance join for the boxes or yours won't get all the rewards probably. it's limited to 100 people can claim them since there is a limit of 100 in each alliance. One of many ongoing issues, I’m afraid.
Some of it, I think, is because the person who is there has just landed, so it was still showing as empty when I hit the search button.
Send this to CS, and use at least a two hour bubble until it’s sorted.
For those unaware, if you are bubbled/shielded when you reach an occupied tile, you will simply return home, no tile hit will occur.

Troop formation isn't working. Game not allowing you to select your specific saved troop formation. Game states it wasn't applying, it happened several time this week during DR, Speaker and running lairs. Not just myself several players have experienced same thing. Some Fox Test questions are annoyingly bad. "What is the greenest energy source?" is an absolutely dumb question, as it's highly debatable depending on what one means by "green." Among the 3 options provided, wind is usually touted as the greenest, both efficiency-wise and based on impact of production (chemicals used to produce solar cells apparently being worse than digging up metals to make turbines). Your answer was solar, probably because you have a different source using different criteria. But that's my point - questions with vague wording that don't have an objectively correct answer should be nuked.

Yes, it happens when the target direct relocates exactly while the attacker is on the troops selection screen. Which actually happens often during valiant or reservoir.

The troops will march to the new location instead of the previous one as expected. To be safe, the target would have to wait and only direct relocate after the attacker starts marching, or direct relocate a second time after the glitch has happened.

it is possibly a visual artifact caused by lag. similar to DoA where you might still see zombie on the map but that zombie is actually killed. sometimes server failed to provide timely update to your app due to lag or whatever reason, causing the display to be out of sync. you can try refresh the map display by entering your sanctuary and coming back to the map. the display might automatically fix itself. but like papa suggested, a CS ticket doesn’t hurt.

Thanks, the damage was just one part of the problem, it was multiple attacks over a 2min or so period where nothing at all happened.
The second part to the issue was that the troops just disappeared after going in to the trap, I couldn't send another march as the troops weren't available.

A shield has never protected your rss spots. The only thing a shield will do for rss spots is; if you arrive second to a resource spot and you have a shield active, your troops will turn around and return without attacking.

Arena: how is it now the bigger opponents hit for more points than the weaker opponents, yet if I now hit a bigger opponent and win I get less? There seems to have been a swap in the way this works? Previously someone bigger that won took lower points than someone with less might than you, and this made sense. Now however a bigger opponent takes say 43 and a smaller opponent say 16. Was this intentional? It's completely screwing everything up. I can go from 41 to unranked in a couple of hours and 3 losses. Why is this now so drastic a change?

@eager rover the problem as i see it is they r static because they don't move from the position they r in at 1st choice selection but on the following event they do have a movement as the cards are never in the exact same position as they were previously yet it does not state they will move or not so unfortunately it is not a bug it is the way the game is

It has to be a bug since TOS doesn’t allow transfer of accounts and the game acknowledged his passing. So either the game is artificially increasing his stats or something else fishy is going on

But looking at League result it states we lost by 1700 points.

So is this because people were gathering ore at the time and returned back to their base “AFTER” the Match had ended? If so that is just crap! As the match has ended guessing over don’t mean over after all??

Tech and build cannot claim on Daily Quest until new upgrade

Bug in Daily Quest - rewards for Upgrade Building and Upgrade Tech are not granted when the upgrade completes. Reward is not granted and available for claim until a new upgrade is started. I discovered when trying to claim Tech reward. Video above shows the example with Upgrade Building quest. I completed an upgrade but cannot see and claim the reward until I start a new upgrade.

While alliance’ alliance coins come from donation and help, individuals can get that also from the clear water wars, and the alliance trail event. Some festival events also convert left overs into alliance coins. Which means total of player held aliance coins >> the alliance held alliance coins, and will make the alliance shop run out of stock completely.

it gets stuck for 1 second every 3 seconds, 1 2 stuck, then again 1 2 stuck
while AP regen timer works normally.

the duration seems to vary but it gets stuck if not in 2 seconds in 4 seconds etc , while AP runs completely smooth
when talents are set to stamina regen, freezes every 2 seconds , when talent is set to something else , freezes every 5 seconds

As shown in the screenshots above, I enhanced Ulrik from +7 to +8, and I was very excited to see how it would help me with the lairs. I was really disappointed to see it changed absolutely nothing. My kills against a lv 36 sanctuary were EXACTLY the same. My might was higher, my ATK was higher, but it didn't correlate to any change whatsoever in kills.

I guess I don't understand what controls lair kills but is it possible there's a bug with Ulrik's +8 bonuses to Fighter ATK not contributing to lair kills?

you need to make sure the player(s) joining your rally are the same people who also send the same 1 troop before and after, in order to compare fairly. lair has some funky interaction with the different 1 troops being sent by others, causing results to fluctuate
