Ok, it looks like we got it now. Our state alliance is open. Someone placed a Level 23 Account there, went into towers, changed the name right before the hit and took the tower over with super. It happened 4 times. One time he did a mistake. He hit super, changed the name, the hit came and changed it back. I got a mesage wo hit super and sice he changed the name back, i could see him in our alliance.

Has anyone else had the game freezing on screen completely (timers stop moving, tapping does nothing) a few times a day since the most recent major update?

At least one other player in my alliance has the same issue; both of us have iPhone 16s. I can close the game and it loads fine afterwards, but I'm concerned for events like VC. This was not happening at all previously, but now its a few times a day.

Either I found a bug or we need a clearer explanation in Mecha. It appears either we do not actually get or there is no way to actually use the food gained from Mecha training time rewards.

For the first I was low on food when I took Mecha training time rewards. It was full so I took them and was going to use them in Mystery shop.

I check food and nothing increased. It was easy to see because I only had 10k safe cans and 150k unsafe cans. I expected to see new safe cans or more 10k safe cans. But everything stayed the same.

I waited a few to take a video. From what I see, the totals upper right increase but nothing changes in the clickable food.

So is this a bug or does the reward do something different like protect additional food in sanctuary battles behind the scenes?

The clickable food come in increments of 10k and 150k. The food you got from mecha was 4100

My point is that it appears the 275k does nothing and does not add value unless it adds aditional protection to unsafe resources. My physical 480k safes RSS are inherently protected because they are safe. It does not need additional protection. What does that extra 275k of safe in the totals actually do to benefit me?

I'm getting stuck on the game window at "Copying files... 0" after the launcher updated on my windows version of the game. I already tried to uninstall, cleared all cached files, install again, but no good. I looked at the threads from March but this seems to be different. Running the .exe directly gives the same result.
If I click on Fix Game the window closes. However, in the task manager, I can see 5 tasks running (probably the main task and sub-tasks, if I kill the last one it kills all the others)

Welcome to the club @crystal basalt , I have the very same issue. I reinstalled the game, cleared cached files, and nothing works. @fallow cobalt the fix button crashes the window but leaves the processes lingering. Nothing happens.
I already tried to create a ticket but the system keeps sending me to the chatbot. I ended up by filling a form but it now says the session has ended and no solution given. Asked to rate, rated terrible.

I had problems yesterday too. Got the New Version Detected, then it was uploading files for a few minutes. Got back in, tried to switch accts and that got stuck at 55%. Fixed the game but it took a few minutes dl'ing/uploading files. Was really laggy for a bit afterwards and just now it's lagging a little. Did they do an update?

I think this is a bug. When I click on Noah’s tavern and point exchange I can see that I have 16 frags for a specific hero.

When I come to use those frags in my Speciality, it says I have 6 frags.

I have seen this on a number of hero’s.

Does anyone else, using Windows 10, still having troubles with the game? They updated the launcher to version 14.00 and told me the issue should have been solved, but it was not, at least for me. I'm considering quitting the game.
They (support) are really bad, I explained I was still having troubles on my Win10, but I also told them I also tried using Lutris on Linux (I'm running Win10 on a VM, my system is Linux) and then they said my problem with logging into my account was because I was on an unsupported system and to try on windows... really? So I got the issue and it was my bad. Since I have this Win10 installation on a virtual machine I never cared much about system updates. When I tried to install the software of my VPN provider directly on the VM, it warned the version was not compatible... but I donwloaded the version for Win10/11... but yes... the build I had was about 10y old... So after I updated my Win10 VM, the game came back to life... Please, don't tell anyone I'm a developer, ok? But I have an excuse, my main OS is Linux... 😜

I keep sending out gether marches to rss tiles and when i do, half the time it then shows someone else is marching on the same tile but shows no arrows. Not a bug but I would like to report you cant see the level on some hero cards. They blend in with the artwork of the cards. This really matters when comparing your heroes level to your opponents.

For example Fox. The level of her card blends with her white hat. Ulrik it blends with his blonde hair. It's not as bad for my formation but looking at my opponents formation is tough to see. There are a few other heroes thats hard to read as well. I'm sure people with smaller phone screens struggle just as much.

Hay. Probably a bug. After starting the game in my cmdr view always the equipment and chip refinement badge is pointed out with a red dot. I checked it and it goes away When I close the game and restart its there again.

Hello this game is going amazing everyone!!! I'm having a bug with trying to use diamonds in my alliance for donations. Its saying insufficient diamonds but I have more than enough to purchase a donation. As well maybe fix the amount of lvl1 books you get for campaign fights because it's taking a super long time just get them. Well, I found a bug that affects Ulriks Hero Skill. If you use it once, it's fine. If you use it again within the 6 rounds, the effect won't last for 6 more rounds neither does it stack. Instead, it ends with the 6th round of the 1st usage.

It's pretty unlikely, that you can acquire or steal stamina. However, you can already buy it, but not always. However, if they continue copying a whole game, this will be an option in the future.

Once more Im msg you about bug in campaign. Below you can see video what confirms my words. As you can see at campaign lvl 22-4 can be aquired coin of advanced recruit. I make 7 times blitz and aquire 3 coins of int. recruit which is not present in drop list, but got a lower chance of aquire as it would be advanced recruit coin.
Overall Ive spent over 480 Energy to confirms these results. Pls check, fix and compensate.
