It shouldn't happen that often, since immigration is based on your account age, and seperately the states age, there are windows of overlap where you'll age out of the current bracket

I have filling any bug in traning when i set any camp traning size manually like that 500 is in first buliding train properly , but when i did in second building 500 limit its showing me 500 but starting its start training full capacity like 2750

Hello. My state achieved 1st place in the Conquest battle, but I haven’t received the buff yet.
It’s a passive buff, you’ll notice it when you’re gathering or attacking players.
“The resource gathering speed is not increased. The marching speed is not increased either.
The buff is additive, not a multiplier, honestly not very noticeable
The rss speed increase is noticed more for smaller bases and farms. It increases the gathering speed a lot for them.
I tried it it with a farm, wasn’t that dramatic

I finished tundra tonight and am unable to claim personal rewards. I have closed the app and still have the red notification dot on Tundra indicating the rewards. Each one I click gives the same message. You can see from the screenshot that no reward has been claimed despite the message indicating otherwise.

The Tundra Tournament coins are not accepted in the Tundra Tournament shop. The shop takes Tundra Tussle coins instead.
Also, can someone install a tundra tussle icon for people to access quicker? It would be better than having to tell everyone to go to the event page and find the event so they can relocate to the event.

the third (mech) was clearly said it will be end today. today is just for reward claim. But the card battle didn't, it shows that the event last day is today.
As you can see here - it showed the match window, which ended at the reset that just passed.

I believe there is a bug in the nuka event. At the beginning of the event the outcome percentages and wounded were correct. Later in the event the numbers were wrong.
What is with the pushing of top up....can't use any Google play to purchase any more....game about to lose some players if they can't remedy it.

Missing Rewards from Module Event Ranking
Hello Puzzles & Survival Support Team,
I am writing to report a possible issue regarding the rewards from yesterday’s limited-time event related to collecting modules and module upgrades.
The event lasted approximately 2 hours, and the ranking rewards included hero pieces. I carefully checked my position until the event ended to make sure I stayed within the Top 100. I believe I finished around rank 63.
According to the reward list, I should have received 4 hero pieces, which would have allowed me to unlock a powerful hero, as I already had other required fragments.
Unfortunately, after the event ended, I never received the in-game mail with the rewards. I also did not receive any message stating that I failed to rank in the Top 100. Normally, even if a player does not qualify, a message is sent informing them of this, but I received nothing at all.
This missing mail is currently the only indication I have that something went wrong with the reward distribution.
I made a significant effort to rank during this event, so I would really appreciate it if you could please review my account and verify the ranking and rewards for this event.
I also want to mention that I was unable to submit this report through the in-game support system because the form freezes and does not allow me to complete or send it. That is why I am reporting the issue here.

This bug is not the first time. The game system is making that "errors" and CS is answering to me after the end of event and telling me, that they can't help, it's too late.
Thank you for the feedback. For me, I would log both a ticket and then email them (see option 2 above) about this situation. Note: all we (the mods) can do with this information is pass it along to the captains. I will mark this in my weekly log.
If you still have the ticket from when this previously occurred, I’d recommend adding a message to that one to let them know “the same situation happened again.”
In the mean time, there is still 1 full game day left on the event. Ideally they’re able to get back to you in time and provide an acceptable solution.

Ever since the update, my donation points have lowered quite a bit. I know multipliers were all by chance but tonight I decided to look at how much I can donate to alliance tech and compared it with what I was credited for the dailies. I am indeed being shorted on donations. If it helps, I do a long press instead of tapping each individually. Here are screenshots of what I had available to donate and what my daily quest shows I did:
The description of new tokens in my English version of the game is in Simplified Chinese.
And I didn’t have any problems with Frost Magic Coins, it was about the box with Dragon Modify Curio Token in the mall on my screenshot. Now it is in English.

Alliance donation is glitching sometimes. When I hold the button, it goes down to 0 and then jumps up to 2 or 3 again.
In Frost Power, many people aren't getting the Curio unlucky streak even though they have no lines.

What issues are you speaking of? I have an Apple device and can’t think of any misplaced buttons.
The home button always interacts with very low placed buttons in game
the floating survey always get stuck on top where you never can get to it because it activates menu
invalid characters in mails ALL the time even if it works everywhere else etc etc etc

I found a bug that doesn’t break the game but every time I go to upgrade my alliance tech I’m given extra attempts to donate. I go from 20-0-2 if I close the tech and reopen it.

Something is wrong with the quest selection for Break Loose. For weeks, it's only the Module/Gear, Speedup and the Diamonds quests. No heroes or nano weapons anymore.

The 500 diamonds replace the 10 minute wait time, doesn’t change the odds of what quest you might receive

How’s it a scam? I’ve seen a lot of positive feedback on players being able to be impatient and switch personal quests quickly.
A part of gambling diamonds to change personal quests is that you’ll end up with some not so great ones.
So you think its a good thing to spend 20k diamonds just to see the same quests repeat multiple times, sometimes the same quest 4 times in a row, without ever seeing the quest you are actually interested in?
If its your baseline to have infinite diamonds i gotta remind you that normal player actually have a limited amount of diamonds (unlike ressource Seller that keep spamming the chat)
For a price that high i expect the quest to not repeat.
Imo that price would even justify to get a "lock out" on the respective quest for the current day
I do not think it was a wise move to continue to spend diamonds on quests if you weren’t getting what you wanted after 3-5 rolls. I always suggest to make a plan and stick to it. Sometimes the dice won’t roll in your favor? 🤷♂️

The notification for DOA keeps reappearing every time I log in. I tried to make a ticket but had issues getting past the chat bot. I claimed my DOA rewards several days ago.
Give a try by email to customer service (option 2 below). Also try clicking fix game when you restart the game to see if that clears the cache out. @proven pebble

I tried clearing the cache out and I refuse to email. I tried the customer service route given. If the game is broken they should fix it. Seems like no one cares.

Keep getting notifications spammed for rubbish events like alliance gift box. This has only started in the last few hours. My in-app notifications settings are all disabled except for lair rallies
The desktop app for PC just updated to Version: 11.00 and crashes when you try to interact in the game screen. Fix game doesn't help. Uninstall and reinstall has the same results.
I already reported it. Complete reinstall game in new folder/clearing cashe and restarting PC before install helped. After this relog into your account.

Display for phase 3 of the curio and core event is bugged. Part of it is overlapped with phase 2 and I am unable to claim rewards

In addition to the refresh bug where it redoes the last couple donations. 20 donations came out to only 19 in trials of survival

upgrading Warehouse now gives Fighter Dmg Taken Down as an extra reward. It used to be Rider Dmg Taken Down. Upgrading the Warehouse is a prerequisite to upgrade the Rider Camp

I had the same issue when I tried to log on. You can try hitting the fix button to see if that gets it to work.
I had to delete the game and reinstall it for it to be able to log in again.

Same issue for my phone.
I hit fix and it still did change the condition. Then I tried hopping off WiFi and then tried starting game and it stayed on the title screen. So naturally I deleted the game.
When I went to App Store to redownload the game, the keyboard wouldn’t work. I restarted the phone and game opened when it relaunched the iOS.
You may try restarting your device first before trying the method above.

Dumb question for you. Only character you play or do you have another character you switch to on the characters button?
No worries at all. I would try restarting your phone and see if that gets you in. The fix button will not delete your app, but may be helpful to use that a couple of times if it still is giving the same issue.
I’ve done the reset, fix button before it crashes. The next opening it downloads a file then goes through the normal load process and crashes after my MVFN number folds back at the top
For your phone, go to settings and search game center.
Click your profile at the top.
See if Puzzles and Survival is listed in recently played.
That will tell you if it’s bound if it’s listed.
Other than that, I’m at the extent of my abilities and recommend contacting Customer Service to see any other options.

What is UID? Is that the MVFN number?
Mvfn is the number the that is popping down when you open the game up. It’s the unique identifier for your account so they can pull it up and review what’s going on.

If you have a PC and your game is binded to something you can always attempt to use the PC platform. To play the game in this time of down.

I was having same crashing issue after app update on my iPad. My iPhone was working fine because app was not updated on it. I tried offloading app on iPad first and that did not fix. I was able to fix it after a full uninstall and then reinstall.

There is no uninstall option for me only delete, I did bind my account to something I think my email. It there a way to find out? Without logging in because I cannot.

No one other than CS will tell your mutes reason. Use option 2 with email to avoid AI response from in-game.

Just a weird random suggestion have em restart the phone or turn the phone off completely for a good 10 to 15 minutes. I usually have to do that when the lag continues longer than reset

Sometimes after quick updates, it goes pink or green. Try hard restarting the game if the issue persists. I’ve also gotten the issue when my connection is poor.

I'm not sure, if this would classify as a bug, but...
In the puzzles and survival game in the fox's test component, there is a incorrect answer. I just saw a question so that asked "What is an AED for?" It showed the correct answer as being to fix when a pulse stops. But that is incorrect. An AED cannot restart a pulse, it is instead intended to fix an irregular heartbeat by shocking it back into alignment.
Stating otherwise is actually a dangerous practice as it could lead to misuse. TV lies to us all, an AED cannot restart a stopped heart.
As someone who has taken first aid and cpr training you are incorrect
? aed does not restart a stopped heart, it resets the rhythm. But ANY rhythm needs to already be present.
the question asks when an AED should be used.. unless it changed recently that is the wording used...which is when a victims pulse stops there for the game has it correct👀

The folks at cs should be returning for the day soon. They’re based out of China and don’t work 24/7. sometimes they make a few days to get back to you. I know with the new doom beta happening, they are most likely experiencing a high rate of comments and suggestions.

Is anyone else having an issue with the computer app for PNS? Since the last update, my program has been stuck on "Checking! Download to enjoy top-up discounts and claim exclusive gift codes and avatar frames!" I have to log in via my phone app to actually enter game, which is a pain as I'm working from my computer.

The downloader does appear to still be stuck. If you are still having issues, open the 'puzzles-and-survival' folder in your install directory on your PC (same folder that contains downloader.exe). You should be able to launch Puzzles && Survival.exe directly to open the launcher.

Since the update a few days ago I am not getting the mid screen notifications for when another player helps me, for when I help someone else (The alliance coin message), the one for when I have all my marches out and attempt to join a lair, or for transport troops arriving or returning. I have tried Repair Game without any change. This is only an issue on my iOS device (it is fine on my Android). Any suggestions for next steps?

Do you have tablet mode enabled in settings under Primary Language? If you do, try turning it off and back on again.

If it's not checked I would suggest trying that first, sometimes the apple client needs to be force told it's not running on an iPhone so UI elements can me misplaced or missing entirely.

Thank you for this! Tablet mode seems to have addressed the issue for me as well. I don’t love the scaling but it’s worth it to see all the messages I had gotten used to. iPad updated to 26.3.1 and they’re still missing unless I use Tablet mode

When you've merged two factions, relocating to the other alliance's safezone gives you a warning that you can be attacked in there (which I think you can't?)

An earlier poster was right … the nano weapon progress is not working.
It is based on the design you used, not what weapon was crafted. You used a common design, which is equal to 1 point in the Apex Progress

We are having some bug with tiles today. People can see the red screen when they are moving to some free tile as the game show it, but no arrows of other players if anyone else is moving there too.
This is a known bug. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does…
Best bet till it clears itself is to use two hour bubble when you send out gathering in case you do hit someone.
The glitch doesn’t last long, maybe a day or two.
I'm having trouble with some features in the game, like I can't get into ultimate challenge or prison trials. It starts to load, the game freezes for a few seconds and then nothing happens. Anyone has any idea how I can fix it? I tried several things, restarting the game, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, using the "fix game" button. Sometimes one feature gets fixed then an other won't work.. It is starting to get really frustrating.
You did all the normal resetting. Have you tried jumping on a different WiFi? Also try hitting fix a few times in a row. I’ve heard some players have issues when they’ve hit 2-5 times in a row. 🫤. If nothing is helping give customer service and email.

Break Loose ends in 35mins & maintenance is for next 40mins. So cannot complete after maintenance. That is gone. Ofcourse I missed to do it before maintenance, that's my bad.

Hello, still having an issue where the rewards page for Defense of Alliance keeps triggering the notification of rewards not collected but all was collected. This is across accounts and devices

I don’t think there is a solution for this quest without buying an empty tube. Can the official team ensure that each quest has a solution that doesn’t require purchasing? I wrote a program to iterate every possible state. Pls show me the solution after the event if I was wrong.

There’s issues with the doomsday chat, it seems like they designed those chats incorrectly as factions/alliances that aren’t in our pre expedition rankings are talking and then if you switch accounts or restart game they disappear and you see only those from your pre expedition rankings chats…. until someone from another talks again

Can someone please explain to me why crafting uncommon rarity level weapons don't count towards your guaranteed Apex pull count total? I tried messaging customer service and they haven't given me a straight answer.
It only counts if you use a print. i.e. your input is what makes the counter grow, not the output. 😀
But the counter HAS gone up for random crafting of 'common' and 'rare'. It just doesn't seem to work when I randomly craft anything that's 'uncommon'

It’s based off the war hound stats. Lower tier war hounds will not do as well. Sandworms will get you depleted uranium to enhance them.
Our faction members can’t see red notifications about new mails in Mail menu. They can check any new information only if they open Faction Mail itself, it makes it useless.

Our area in Doomsday just spawned a couple of food and wood tiles and that’s it. No gas and no steel.
More tiles will open up as more land opens up, ours has been pretty bad too being stuck in safezone until footholds open, but will get better 🙂

Helps broken after the update, some can't help others some can. Multiple restarted, some tried fix game still not working.
Edit: it worked once after disabling the auto help in new svip stuff and restart the game after that then broken again straigtly. That 1min delay making the issue I believe, not enabling or disabling it.

The auto join rally feature of this new VIP pass is broken. I just had it auto join someone's 1hr stam rally. It needs to be fixed so that it does not join long rallies. The "join hunt" feature is useless in its present state

The auto-complete feature does not work on donating Alliance Tech and usage of AP in Campaign lvls.
Auto gather feature loves dirty tiles. The Alliance Donation and Sim Training will use all your attempts but still show as incomplete on the actual Dailies list showing only a few attempts. 😑

Auto-gather it seems is problematic. Some saying it is not working at all while personally, I can't get a free march. It constantly send out gathering troops even while I am on and actually while i am doing things that would require a march. Setting up a rally for example. If I'm not fast enough on rally set up the march will leave to gather before I hit deploy. LOL.... Also, it seems my guys are gathering just whatever. Not what I set it at. Anyone else seeing this?

Now you have to use extra to do the upgrades before Amplifying and gives worse stats before being able to do the Amplifier so it's simple math, those who have done it already have been given a better hand and those who havent have now been screwed!!!

Okay so to super advance a chip that hasn't been amplified you will get a increase of 10% stats, this x3 is 30
For just a little bit more to amplify you used to get over 40+ stat increase, i do have a photo if you need to see before the update
For me the 40+ stats is better then the 30% or does that not make sense ?
You still get the 40+ stars when you finish amplifying
They just broke it down in 4 steps

Listen, this is the bug channel and its to report bugs. You complain about something which isnt even existing. You have no more costs for less stats, you have exact the same in the end. Just they split it in different steps to have faster a result, it got breaking down. There is no Bug, there is nothing unfair.

I just had a player amplify a chip from 11 to 12* and the chip disappeared.
Did they complete it.

They said it shows the ability to replace a chip but when they go to their chips it's not there.
Go into the amp page and see if they finished it
I was forging a Chip 11, and after the update, it self-destructed. That's okay, but the game won't refund the promoter chip or the amplifier design. They have to return them to me.
Did you check amplification?
Chips get unequipped when you amplify them
Chip 10 has been refunded, but the promoter chip and amplifier design haven't. I'm forging Chip 11 and it'll be finished in two days.
For the new SVIP Privilege Card:
- Train all: Troop training does not reliably work. I have tried it each day on 2 different accounts. So far and it has not reliably trained my troops. It either only queues up 1 or 2 of the camps or just doesn't queue up any of them. I also had it queue up a camp and then auto speed it up right after causing me to waste speed ups and have to manually queue up troop training right after. It is extremely buggy and not usable in its present state.
- Join hunt: not usable presently, as it auto joins peoples 1 hour rallies that they are just stacking stamina with. It should only join 5min rallies to be a viable feature. Otherwise a march just becomes locked up in a 1 hour stam rally for no reason.
- Sim training: Very buggy, sometimes it does not use all the attempts, usually when there is an unique event associated (e.g battle/claim). On one occasion, I have also had it tell me to buy the SVIP pass one time when activating it from within the Sim Training center itself. An option to skip Sim battles / claiming free tiers automatically and just claim the rewards from them would be of great benefit. There is nothing fun about Sim training after doing it for the millionth time and being able to totally skip it using the pass would be of benefit and likely fix the aforementioned sim training bugs as the bug seems to revolve around if a sim training event occurs during auto completing.
- Auto gathering: the tiles that are selected are sometimes not the closest tile to the HQ. Sometimes the tiles are extremely far. It's unclear if this is a bug or an intended feature to make the auto gather have disadvantages. If it is intended, the game should at least state this to players so that they are aware.
Did I miss a day somewhere? At reset my SVIP temp thing was already gone.

The auto gathering should be using riders instead of slow cars.
The system said I got the legendary Meyers in Norah’s Tavern while I have already got Meyers (5 stars). When I check my hero list, I only has the 5 stars Meyers not the legendary one. Did I get it or not?

Hello everybody I have some problem in game
In Doomsday Expedition I have problem to merge with other fraction on the same side of map , our territory lines are beside us and we don't merge with no one before. When I try aply pop up show and says "You cannot apply because limit (of) bridgehead"
How many buildings do you have. And how many do they have
