Im getting Lottery failed [21030] Error in the Endless doomfest event. Whats the meaning of that? I'm also loosing the invested tickets when doing so.. am i doomed? đ

Setting your formation permanently can only be done when your hall of war is lvl 30.

Just set priority to your troop type and hit quick select. You just wonât get formations.

Formations helps with Fireflies too. I can solo 2 extra levels if I switch to rider formation instead of shooter. I'm shooter strong and send just 10 riders along with them
Is there a time limit to immigrating to a new state ? Because we had to wait for over 100 days to go in the first place. Half my alliance was able to move and then all of a sudden the rest have to wait again for over 100 days?

I would submit an event ticket to CS, but it has a mandatory time/date field that won't populate.

A player in my alliance can't get the game to load. They have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, restarted their phone, tried wifi vs mobile data, etc. I contacted CS, but only got the chat bot that gave all those suggestions. They can't even get it to load to the "fix game". Any suggestions?

Looks like we figured it out already. Another event also had blue thug intel. They look similar. I have always launched these from my bag. Old ones can be launched from bag and new ones have to be launched from the event. Would be nice to get all my wasted stam back but I doubt it.

At this point, it's entered the realm of "It's not a bug, it's a feature"... With the caveat of the fact that CS still believes they work.
Hey đ, just got the master training set and besides the +300 cap limit the speed bonus doesnt work... Or maybe someone can explain?
That's not a bug, the speedup % are not actual % off but based off some exponential curve (mathy stuff). Your equipped training gear will provide a training speed up (taking less time to train troops) but that's only additive to train speed up stat and not a raw % off of the time required. hope this explains it, otherwise ask it in help section and I'm sure someone will give the full details of how training speed up works.
Anyone able to explain what's going on here? training speed increases by a few seconds after starting, and then again at the end when the 5 minute speedup is used
I think the answer is likely that you were comparing the total training time for a full batch of troops before and after. You have a good deal more training speed with the set, but it also takes additional time to train 300 more troops.
There is a Bug with the VIP11 Exlusive Pack when u obtain it over the website. Thats all u get but you also only get charged a micro amount.

This isn't a visual bug. It's intentional so I can share the event with more people in groups. This leads to many other players also visiting the event page, believing they'll receive 1,000 tickets! It's practically a scam to promise 1,000 for sharing and only deliver 1. It's a dirty trick!

I went through CS and the bot instructed me to clear my cache and wait a few hours. I did both (waited until after reset) and still no 1000 tickets

I noticed today that - at least some - temporary hq skins (maybe only 10â ones) add 72k might but I do not remember ever seeing any might added from a permanent one
I also found a discrepancy of 864k between my historic and current might (adding up all the numbers ex troops from the commander page) which is nicely divisible by 72k..

Do you know if they have fixing the notifications for the R5/4 tab on their list? We're only getting them a portion of the time. I put a post up a couple of hours ago and the other R4s said they didn't receive one.
Did they do something to the sonic destroyer interface? When you join a rally, you now have to manually exit the rally instead of it automatically putting you back on the world map. This is super annoying

Tried cs and got told by chat bot that the issue was either my phone or the provider which is not even close to what is going on. Drag and drop it to the top middle of the screen. It should stay gone till you reboot the game or they send out another survey.

I won the auction. I got the message in the system message. And yet, didnât counted towards the diamond event
Why? Itâs still diamonds spent in game. I find it awkward to spend diamonds and not counting towards the Diamond Expert event. I havenât bought from state auction using rss âŠ.
So, spent 21k diamonds on an iron fist design. Not only that it ended up being a lousy common, but not counting towards the Diamond Expert event is absolutely bs

Since they removed the colour text coding I don't know why gm is still censored.

Hello since the Patch i do alot less damage to the Lvl 12 Round 30 Event Mob. On the 18.08.25 i killed about 137k on the attack now after i have 40% of revenge res its only 64k. No other change on my %. Today we where one more and as i checked now all of them did less damage.

Cultivation center quest isn't always picking up resources collected:
Did you collect the resources before you had the cultivation quest available?
quest resets at reset, resources were collected 1.5 hours after reset minimum

Yea you have to enter your cultivation each reset for quests to register em. I've noticed this bunch of times it's annoying but I've made it a habit to do so
doesnt make it right. if new quests are made available at the "specified" time and I show that i completed after said reset time then, its a bug not a thing i have to get use to. Further clarification: Quests are reset at the specified reset time, NOT "when i click the cultivation center to view available quests". The thing to do at that point is to add an <accept> button, but in current format its an oops (bug, hence why i'm posting in bug-hunt channel, not general chat)

not just thinking of me.. thinking of those where reset is late at night or have to work.. either way, there are people that send troops to gather before reset to have it done for when they return to the game. And when they return to game, things should fall into place.. I get credit for my dailies if i'm not online, i get credit for trials of survival if i'm not online.. same goes for quests that supposedly reset while i'm not online in the cultivation center.
But a gathering quest is not guaranteed to drop
no, but if it drops (at reset), then people should get credit.. if reset happens at 7pm for me, and i send troops before reset and they come back after reset lets say 8pm, when I get online at 9pm and look at cultivation center (remember quests reset at reset, not "when you open cultivation center"), if I see a gather quest in there it should autocomplete. Which in this case it did not.

I've had both gathering and lair quests complete and show in cultivation center when I log in. 99% of the time they're green or blue so get recycled regardless, but if your gather comes in AND there is one showing it should show as completed and ready to accept the reward.
There is a weird blip where if you don't enter cultivation before starting gather/lairs etc it shows the quest not completed occasionally. But I usually enter cultivation first I noticed this on my farms

Had a issue tonight. About 26 hours before I paid 5k in diamonds for a 3 day shield, it was active, I spent most of Valiant Conquest gathering to get my points. I did not do anything that would cause my shield to drop. Out of the blue, my shield dropped and I was attacked losing many troops and lots of resources. I was very close to upgrading my headquarters to level 29. Now I have to start all over due to a glitch.
I hope you can make it right. I tried filling out the form on the CS Help. Could not type in the boxes.

I keep gaining and losing level 8 wheat in cultivation center.
I got enough points for level 8 wheat (just above 140,000), then the next time I logged in I saw -375,000 might and my wheat was back to level 7 and the points had decreased to 139,975. So I planted another wheat and once it was done, I was back to level 8 and points were above 140,000.
I logged in just now and again I saw -375,000 might, and once again my wheat was back to level 7 and 139,975 points.

Make sure the hound is the right one. And level it up
I have my rider hound leveled up. Still weak though. Straight up smacked all my troops on level 1.

Has anybody had issues with giving out Prussian Blue to help allies beat radiation?
I tried to help an ally of mine. She had received help already so I was capped at 20 to give her and selected all I had, ehich was 24. I got a message saying limit reached. Then I tried giving only 20 and it said "insufficient items" when my 24 were still showing.
I turned the game off and back on, my Prussian Blue was at zero, but my ally did not receive any. We took screenshots. Can we contact someone about that?

This bug has existed since last Doom event. When lairs are launched, they donât appear on phone notifications. I believe is an easy fix and very useful to have
Same issue here. I didn't grab screen shots because I was multitasking but I know for a fact I clicked fill all 50, then saw I still had 50 and figured I must have messed up and tried again and it kept telling me I had insufficient so I closed the game, fixed it, and reloaded and it is gone.
Same thing happened to me between main and Alt.. I ended up reloading game then it was gone and it didn't credit the treatment.. Forced me to buy more treatments cause it was shortly before reset

Search function is not working properly in Doomsday. Even though there are level 8 tiles right next to me, and I can gather on them, if you use the search function to try and find level 8 tiles it says it can't locate any.
Why is occupation not happening?
The current Chronicle only allows a faction to occupy 6 footholds. Has your faction reached this limit?
The issue where DOA countdown, wavecount, etc. indicators don't show properly after coming back to the main map from the doomsday area has not been fixed since last time the Doomsday event ran. Restarting the game sometimes helps, but when my alliance ran it last night:
- On one of my accounts, the screen showing the locations of zombies that were currently alive got stuck and did not update at all when the zombies were killed
- One of my alliance mates had her wave indicator stuck on wave 3 for the whole event, even after restarting her game twice
Yup that would be it. Probably would be good for some alert when that happens so we donât have a panicked faction wasting fuel đ€Ł
We were unable to launch a super rally on another playerâs hq inside the doomsday map.
I didnât take a recording or any screenshots, but when you clicked rally attack and checked the box for a super rally you would get the usual pop-up asking you to confirm you want to spend 2000 diamonds. When you clicked confirm on this pop-up the whole interface closed out and no super rally could be started
Please, turnoff the doomsday notifier! We didn't qualify, why is it lit up anyway and why is doomsday on our events page in the first place?
Alliance > Alliance Help > Reinforce Allies > Doesn't work in doomsday event map
But manually clicking on a player's base then sending reinforcement does work.
So clearly reinforcement is allowed during doomsday, but the first option is bugged.

i've earned radiator medicine from a zombie lair but it doesn't show up where you can use it. The zombie report says i've got 10, the medicine itself says 10 out of 100 daily but i can't use them because it says 0
Massive lag in Faction messages. I just got these 2 minutes ago and some were actually sent yesterday.
I think there's a bug with radiation. My rate says I'm losing 3/hr and I've been getting max 100 serum per day, which should keep up with the loss (24Ă3)+(0.5Ă(3Ă5))=79.5 radiation over 24h (3/hr for 24hr plus a 5x rate for half an hour).
I woke up this morning to significantly less serum and now I calculated that I won't make it till reset anymore. Something is definitely not adding up

Emailed support as the nova message said. They told me to account for the boosted radiation rate, which i did in my email to them. I highlighted all the math and provided screenshots, yet was just brushed aside and they clearly didn't bother to read nor did they attempt to take me seriously. 45 self-serum just gone like it never existed. And that's just the 24hr period I took screenshots of and not the day prior when I first realized something was wrong but couldn't provide hard proof
If it helps, I'm pretty sure it's only when I'm offline. I kept the game up all night and the losses matched my calculations. This morning after using my phone for other things and opening the game back up, I lost an extra 2.05 out of nowhere

Why are I getting radiation when my sanctuary is not in the doomsday map? This base is qualified to be there, the others are not.
Radiation impacts you both on and off the doomsday map if you qualified
Yet I have nothing to counteract it? If I do, where is it please?
You can earn 100 Radiation Medicine a day by completing 10 zombie lairs. You can also ask your teammates to help you (up to 50 a day, or up to 100 if you have unlocked the Off-label Use Prussian Blue on the Expedition Support Tech tree!

The Mystic Isle Adventure is the curio collection, and has been going on the last few weeks. If you are able to reach 80 points (by leveling up the curios in the set) you can unlock a HQ skin.

I see, had to select the prizes first to activate the wheel.
On rare occasions, when using auto battle in the campaign and using Wali as one of my heroes, I get a message saying "Deployed hero rage too low" and auto battle turns itself off. I'm not sure what causes it, and it's hard to consistently reproduce, but it would be nice if auto battle did not turn itself off in this case.

Yes, I know that is an option, but this is the bug channel and I am reporting it. Plus it is much faster to click the little box that says 'ignore' than resetting a hero, and would like them to fix this issue so I can use it again if I so desire to.

Can't remove that lvl 4 infirmary nor two other level 1 infirmaries. I have the open build slots, and I have 9 "removable today" chances. I upgraded the one you see that is level 4 now from level 1 - so upgrading is a non-issue, just can't remove. I have 7 other infirmaries - i have 4,602 injured so removing those 3 wouldnt cause a "more injured than infirmaries" issue. I did "fix game". Tried the free method and the diamond method, both failed. Any other ideas?
