It’s understandable that when a new map is released, activity on the older ones may drop — but that doesn’t mean people no longer have bases there.

I believe there are many of us who have invested months, even years, into the servers we play on. After looking around and following the discussions, it’s clear that this situation affects several servers, not just ours.

Please reconsider your decision before thousands of hours of work are lost. It’s not like we can just pack up and move our massive bases somewhere else.

They need to stop releasing trailers and animations and all these extra fantasy tames and focus on investing into a proper anti cheat system or hire a third party to handle the cheating in this game. If a game dies cause of poor support and management no one will care about the show or future dlc. ASE and ASA was not designed to solely be a PvE game. If PvP dies then this shit is cooked. ARK 2 will only be a PvE game at this point so they are already cutting half of their potential future customers. Not looking good.

They are a slightly smaller version of the three original wyvern types with zombie skin. The ones that spawn with the dodowyvern can be claimed after it is killed. They can not be bred but can be gotten from club ark as a reward sometimes and will be a juvenile you raise the same as a normal wyvern.

I can only get to city terminals from what I see. The Entire Server is spammed with foiundations and All City Teerminals are blocked with multipld metal spiked stacks.

Make a recruitment tribe, setup ranks on your main base like beds and tps and make a separate main base dont leave tames in your main base. That way you can safely recruit people unless they find your main base which smart people can easily do by tracking you but not many people are smart

i dono i just actively avoid cheaters ,if someone is cheating stay in ur base and if u either build right or make it more trouble then worth it they wont bother with u. spam 30 feet or more arund ur base have internals and aggro tames and always use ur upload i always keep a pair of breeders in my upload for all my lines just in case and always report it u might get them banned. unfrtuntley people spend irl cash on this game which prmpts people to cheat

arkpocalypse is the best unmodded official server, conquest is also pretty good but its only valguero and no other maps. eliteark and xavii are unofficial servers with quite a few mods but mainly for quality of life and buying dinos, no content mods or anything that add new dinos or gear

if you can't find eliteark or xavii make sure your in the unofficial tab, and that "show player servers" is disabled

Hello guys, I am a ASE pvp player who just bought ASA but it seems like the pvp of ASA is just worst than in ASE like for example most of the good caves are either nerfed or in maps which are not on ASA for now such as lost island or fjordur and it looks like the turret meta of placing them on the ground and natural walls is just annoying compared to the death walls and everything... What do you thing about it ?

there is no defense you will get hit once from a DPS dino and be 1 shot then your base blown up if you have some scattered heavys they will be soaked by Racers or stegos

its either progress and farm with everyone or be raided thats how the game is on pvp its a competitive online game at times like rust or DayZ but with more emphasis on progression

Definitely wasn’t. I played the orp clusters and they had higher pop than like 95% of official especially by then end when every official map became just spam of one tribe that’s unchallenged.

Also they ruined stegos they turned them into super tanks at one point they were never used and trikes carbs and racers were meta. Golden days. Also rock golems. Adding gigas and tek suits also kinda ruined everything

Before gigs any Dino took more than 1 bite to kill and before tek suits you needed a flyer.

Also batteries kinda ruined a lot too. And cryos tbh but they did balance that. Fortniting never used to be a thing either.

When they added turret caps that made ORP with no cave building the most balanced experience and they seriously dropped the ball by not trying that in asa. So many more players would be on PvP

They’d probably honestly save money taking 100 people from 100 pve servers and having them all on the same PvP to server

I love that they’re adding stuff to the game, but why are they adding stuff to the game? @vapid abyss When will you guys ever fix or change the filtering search when looking for unofficial servers. For instance it dont show all the servers there actually is. So say you have nothing typed into the search bar and you and chose to show the most pop servers only a few servers will show and show you the most pop out of them only. And let's say the most pop sever will be 14 players on one server and that is with no filter in the search name. Would make you automatically assume who dont know any better that the games unofficial server base is dead. And thus further to see other servers that actually do have 70 out of 70 players sometimes you have type the full server name of that server for it to even pop up. So for instance you then type a keyword like "craft" into or "15x" it since alot of servers use these in their server titles then you sort by pop and now it says most pop server on unofficial servers is like 50 players instead of 14. You see where im going at with this. And some servers literally do not show up on search unless you type im the full name fully. This prevents people who are new and never even know about certain types of servers who have a dedicated player base daily on there servers from finding them. Because if you dont know the name of the servers how will you ever find them unless someone tells you through discord or something use to promote it like YouTube videos. All im saying is it would nice to be able to actually hit unofficial and click "show me the most pop severs" and know right away what the most pop unofficial servers are without having to do a deep dive search through discords or YouTube videos to find them just how ASE was. It would also increase player daily base count for people who love to pvp on unofficial servers drastically

they didn’t update their game so they’re still able to play in the server since they’re both on old version. you updated so you can’t play until the server also updates to newest version

so Ossidons cannot be transferred to Lost Colony Official servers (unlike the Veilwyn, which will be transferable), now anyone who starts on Lost Colony will be at a severe disadvantage if they don't have a capped veilwyn? I dont think they realize how detremential this will be for players who are starting for the first time on lost colony. Never before has a creature been transferable into a new map why the exception for Veilwyn?

I hope those that are playing PVP if you are addicted I hope you reconsider your life choices and find something else to consume your time, this game isn't worth the time sink.

Some might say the last straw to break the camels back is ridiculous not acknowledging all the straw it held before it broke. Their hope is the camel with a broken back keeps getting up and walking, and it will because it is addicted to what they are feeding them.

It was a huge screw up to put the lost colony creatures early anyway. I don't think they understand how easy they've made everything in asa. They dudn't expect veils to be anywhere near capped and thats probably why ossidons are not breedable till the map drops.
