i just experienced a bug on extinction TWICE where I road a battlerig to the sunken forest, dismounted, and got teleported thousands of meters away from the map

god mode cant even go that far to retrieve loot because of a death barrier

mod storage is a fixed amount, 50GB on xbox and 20GB on PS5. console games are not allowed to use unlimited drive space

there is probably your problem, the Zen3 APUs are significantly slower than the normal Zen3 parts, sort of the anti-vcache. 16MB L3 per CCD

60 fps on that would be really reliant on location

that is unfortunately incredibly hard to diagnose without any error message. and just manually back up your savefiles? just a copy of the save folder. unlikely that a reinstall would do anything, but what you can do first is delete the settings folder/files in shootergame\saved\config\windows

that combined with verification is basically the same as a reinstall

also remove any odd launch arg/commands you have added via steam and/or shortcut

if you have an nvidia GPU, see if this is relevant as well. although it does not sound like a graphics crash, closing without an error is very unusual #bobs-with-probs message

with it set to 24 i get 43fps (in my test scene which is on the island) GPU usage is 96-99%
with it set to 8 i get 38fps GPU usage is 96-99%

Anyone ever ran into bluescreens with the error occurring in BEDaisy.sys and have fixed the issue? I've read my minidump so i know it's this file as the bluescreen itself doesn't reference this driver before it reboots. I've written to WC but no response and tickets have been marked as solved. I've also implemented the fixes Battleye recommends to apply in Windows with no result. So i've written to Battleye's support and i am now waiting for a response. In the mean time i am hoping someone here can help.

I've ran the game on Linux and there is no single issue using the compatibility layer "Proton".

No hard crashes, no weird Linux errors.

Not in the mod I use (at least not that I knew of). I actually never even use the skin, I use the manual one, its the only one I have unlocked and have crafted. But again, guessing it may just be a bugged spyglass mod, will have ot try removing that and see if it fixes it. Again, was more so making sure it wasn't an Ark setting I just didn't use prior (or maybe new) that I didn't know how to toggle off

Ok I figures out the issue apparently in structures inventory there is a tab for crafting and a tab for inventory... when did this start and is there a way to make it like it used to be with the tabs vrs the crafting tab?

I had that too. Did you happen to install the "Mythological Creatures" mod? It reacted with an invisible inventory for me. The cause was a defective mod. Interestingly, it wasn't even a mod the server was using. I always test mods on a test server, and that's why I also have a lot of "corpses"/unused mods on the client. I uninstalled all mods (not skins). The server is connected, the necessary mods (including Mythological...) were loaded, and the inventory was visible!

I had my aberrant megalosaurus studs out on the center yesterday. My hp stud had 3 tier 3 mutate and 2 robust. At daylight it went to sleep and all the traits on it poofed. Gone.

I have the same problem. Vault with Fertilizer and the crop plots set up accordingly. The base is rendered permanently, and the crop plots aren't filled. So, not always - sometimes - sometimes not. I've also lost crop plots because nothing happens. It gets BETTER if you check ALL crop plots after every(!) rendering. So, if you've been offline, come online, check the crop plots, and stay online. It doesn't always work, but sometimes.

I saw a video of a "perfect" farm where someone in the comments recreated it -> it doesn't work. It works for someone else on the same server.

Also having an issue with splitting stacks. If you right click anything and hit split certain amount and you manually enter a number to split, that amount disappears from your inventory. So if I split 50 metal that 50 just poofs from my inventory and I can't use it. Have to drop all and and it will reappear in your loot bag.

if you have access to the files, you could download them, and then upload them on a diffrent server provider.
and yeah if you upload on that server, and then change maps, you should be able to download again on a new map

I found going out of render and going back in sometime helps to make city terminals pop back up

Yes sometimes you can wait there for a bit, go in and out of render, or try walking "through" the terminal a few times. Sometimes you can still access them even though they're not fully rendered. The terminals in the desert biome and wasteland seem to render faster.

If you have tribe mates y’all should talk and get the engrams each other are missing, other then that your only hope is mindwipe. Your sp settings probably make it so you get more engrams per point.

Not sure how Ps5 works, but on Steam there is an option to verify files. I would see if you can do that. Often it fixes file corruption issues.
