I only posted 2x. 1st post, he immediatly accused me exploits which is why my oasisaur died. he locked it before I could defend myself. I posted a 2nd time a few days later, this time with more evidence. He locked it again. I posted under bug reports, which is what he says I should do. And he deleted that one.

I'm just asking, is there a right way to use a hive on an oasisaur? Cause my hives and oasisaur are taking damage whenever I open a hive. I'm not sure why would that be something a mod would find reason to lock a thread and delete a bug report.

I did that. It's the oasisaur and hives that are taking damage. At least 50% HP damage to the hive, and about 8k damage to the oasisaur every time I open a hive.

My first oasisaur died before I knew what was happening. I've watched youtube videos, I'm not doing anything extra. I don't even have anything built on the oasisaur. Just hives.

But essentially half appears like a somewhat normal (albeit girthy beam) whilst the second half looks almost like it was pressed with a brush and looks lke a boxy smattering for the remainder of the light beam

I keep having an issue where I cant install some mods, ill try to join a server and it will get to some % and just stop, i wait nothing happens, i go back and try again and again untill it gets to one or more mods that it refuses to download, i go to the mods menu and try to manually download the mod and it gets to lik 1-2% and restarts a couple times until it just stops trying to download it completely. i had this problem when i tried to play the game on release and i had to re install the game like 4 times to fix it. is there any way to fix this other than reinstalling the game?

The problem is not in game. We know how custom cosmetics work,where to find in-game or that sometimes a respawn is needed. It's a problem in mod section, she download the mod, it shows it's installed, the install button is still there but without functionality and the uninstall button is missing. Mods and difficulties have nothing to do with it.

Asgard is a realm. Be default, realms do not allow flyers to be ridden. You have to enable the EnableCaveFlyers option in your settings.

Official server The Center-PVE-5610 is having daily crashes for like two months now. It's a server crash, not on my end I know this because it takes a few minutes to be able to get back in and I've asked others in chat and theyre also being booted. I have reported through the server outage page various times to no avail. Is there any other place I can report this because it's become super frustrating dying because the server crashes while I'm on a flyer.

Official pvp servers are crossplay, aside from ones labeled "console", as those are only PS and Xbox specifically. Due to it not having an anticheat, the Microsoft store version on PC is not allowed on official PVP servers.

Okay, question: Do you all have any tips on how to save a shoulder pet pryo stuck in the lava pool at the bottom of the lava cave of The center. Idk how to get it back. How are you playing? if its an online server ran by wildcard try submitting a ticket. From personal experience including a clip or screenshot helps a lot.

If it is single player, you could just use admin cheats and then relog to disable the cheats

Let’s say a dinosaur X loses 50 torpor per tick. Once it drops to 10% of its total torpor, I then force feed it enough narcotics to get it back to max torpor. Now I’m asking if me doing that will increase the torpor tick from 50.

If you're in ASA they should eat when their food gets really low, it's rare for them to bug otherwise.

Anyway, i’m having an issue with the game doing the “refreshing ark inventory” bug. I can’t do anything. I’ve deleted my character, i’ve deleted my game, i’ve done literally everything i can think of to try and fix this, and nothing has worked. As far as I can tell, the problem started from me transferring from one map to another last night. Tbf the game itself is crossplay so that shouldn't cause the issue you're facing. It's probably because it's trying to share a single player world, may find the only way to do it is rent a server or play on an existing unofficial one together

Compared to ase asa modded spawn are really bad. The modded creatures either overspawn or barely spawn at all. I dont know whether or not this is an asa issue or just the center map being quirky. One modded creatures will appear twice in my whole run while others will just spawn everywhere and kind of ruin the ecosystem

Basically the game is unable to reach the servers and keeps failing. You can see it happen in the logs in your SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ShooterGame\ModsUserData\logs after attempting to install your premium mod

I’ve only seen this happen with premium mods but i tried some free ones with it affecting them too. Not sure if they’ll fix this soon but who knows

PvE is actually pretty good, and there's even a little known fact about PvE.

You can technically declare war on another tribe (which the other tribe needs to accept), in which PvP is enabled between your tribes for a set period (usually 3 days).

This allows you to get the PvP experience without the PvP experience, and it's mutually initiated too so you know who your enemy is.

I heard that foundations should be placed 10 foundations away from any resource nodes for them to respawn. Does this only apply to nodes that are the same height as the foundation? wish it was that, wouldve given me a reason to give up building it lol, but no it wasnt letting me place down more tracks, so i tried placing some more pillar towers connecting to it to see if it would work, and used horizontal pilalrs to move it furthers, made another tower, then seperated it from the original track, and tried placing a straight track and using a connector, but that didnt work either

With pc u can add as many hard drives as u like to handle it but consoles dont have that option

Wildcard doesn't make the mods. So really it's up to the mod devs to make mods console compatible.

storage is not memory, despite incorrect terminology used in some marketing. a server is already going to be near (or totally) unplayable for console players due to memory limits long before it reaches storage limits, so it is not really an issue. or a different issue, rather, but not a fixable one. crossplatform servers just have to show some restraint with their modstacks

more than a couple GB of mods aside from a map is a really dangerous idea on console

no, there is no server IP for nondedicated, not in the way you are thinking

it uses peer to peer holepunching, pretty sure it is steam doing the bootstrapping for that

basically an outside server tells both games to call each other at the same time, so both player's routers think they are replying to the other and establish a connection. otherwise anything sent to the external IP just hits the router and splats

even if you could do that and say, tame a lv70 and raise it to 140 with "tame" levels, it would be equal to a fresh tame and many times weaker than a 140-150 with real tame levels

or get a level normalizing mod
