oh right, yeah, ark's meshes are pretty messed up. There's not much you can do about it. Just make sure your turrets aren't buried where they can't be destroyed. I guess you're on unofficial?

Since around 10 day's i have the problem that when i want to join a game or when search for new servers it showes me only around 100 - 120 servers, the search happens for just 2 seconds and he isn t trying to search for more servers (I see that since the amount of servers at the bottom right turns blue as soon as he stops trying to search for more). I heard as well that many other players have the same problem and was hopping that it will be resolved by it self after a while, but now after 10 day's i m concerned to lose my bases / dinos since i can t reset the auto-decay timer.

Dose anyone know how to solve that issue and to see all the servers again?

I have tried everything. European VPN, usa vpn, resetting router, checking firewall, literally everything. I have verified gamefile integrity thrice. Also tried loading the same map in singleplayer first. And tried clearing steam download cache, as well as setting the server browser ping rate to Automatic(5000). It has been happening for weeks

Well, the first big thing is make sure that your female dinos have no mutations (they call this 0/0). Second optional step is to make sure that all your breeding dinos (including the first male) have the same stats. This isn't required but it's helpful to find mutations. To get this you just breed your dinos with the best stats together until you get the stats you want. Each baby has like a 55% chance of taking the higher stat per stat from the parents. You just make sure that none of them have mutations. Once you get your perfect breeders start mutating. A mutation is 2 levels added to one of the 7 stats and a color. Usually you mutate health or melee. Once you get a male that has the desired mutation on a male replace your original with it

Can anyone explain this? I found a 150 baryonx on an abb official server, Iā€™m in the middle of taking it and then I see a 145 angler and go to knock it out. Well the baryonx tames up while Iā€™m doing that but when I come back itā€™s gone. I look at the tribe log and it said it was autodecayed, how does that happen?!

Also tried loading the same map in singleplayer first. And tried clearing steam download cache, as well as setting the server browser ping rate to Automatic(5000). It has been happening for weeks. I have also tried DNS 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 and flushing dns cache

but whenever i click join it always says "Joining server __" for like 1 minute and then says timeout. Either that or it goes to loading screen, says "Loading PrimalGameData..." and then kicks me back to server brwoser after 10 secs

For context-

I only get this on my modded singleplayer on the island. When i completely delete save data, it lets me play again, but when i exit the world then try to get back in, it gives me this error.

I'm having a problem at the moment with connecting to our server. I have 2 accounts using the same machine, same mods installed and subscribed one account can log in to the server the other cannot. I have already tried deleting my mod folder and resubscribing and the server is up to date. After deleting the mod folder and reinstalling the problem switched from one account to the other. Any ideas on a fix?

Theres quite a few ways of getting oil, ill list these in order of easiest to hardest-

  1. Killing Trilobites. little risk, slightly better reward. they can be found near saltwater on beaches or in shallow water.

  2. Killing Tek Creatures. Killing them will give you a significant amount of valuable resources, including oil, metal, electronics, and element dust

  3. Oil Veins. Theyre only on specific maps, and often in deadly hot areas with dangerous creatures.

  4. Oil Jug Bug. Only 4 because theyre in deserts which are deadly hot with dangerous creatures.

  5. Killing a Basilosaurus/harvesting oil from a Basilosaurus. Its easier to tame it and harvest for long term gain, but beware of their manta bodyguards.

  6. Leeches. Theyre in the swamp.

  7. surface oil deposits- Found on the coasts of snowy regions, often surrounded by Yutys, wolves, boosted carnos, daeodons, and purlovias, ususally at the same time.

  8. Mining underwater oil deposits. You can find them pretty easily because of the oil leaking to the surface. the problem is, theyre usually at the bottom of the ocean
