Hey. Im struggling with installing ARK. I had to put back a HDD into my PC because I didnt have enough SSD storage room. I have all expansion packs of the game. The download+install took 4 hours (!!!). Once it got 100%, steam started a "verifying process" and its painfully slow, just as the download+install was. I have 1G internet, easily capable of pulling with 80MBps, so its not about that. Is this slowness normal? I get, that an SSD would be faster, Ive been using SSDs for 15+ years by now, but I feel, it shouldnt take so long to install a game, even if it is jsut a HDD. Any idea?

In the Smugglers pass area/mini mountains on The Island, how are you meant to wall across the shallow waters, but not have it look crap?
