well that was a good way to lose my ossidon.. didn't get far. Compared to the city one I saw online wher everything was close together these power plants are way spread out, shreds you before you can get to them.

Are you a 100% sure? They spawn in a lot lower than they used to so you might be missing them, and LC has really odd lines where he only does 3-4 drops in the middle so the first 2 minutes he might not drop anything.

Ubisoft goes for there holdiday on 1st Jan (worked through Xmas to fix there bugs and stuff ) while watching there recently released dlc so players can enjoy it more
And to deal with the recent ddos

Digital extremes most of the devs worked from home to make sure there game was playable and is still actively fixes bugs throughout Xmas and still continuing

Most other companies are doing this also

I 100% agree with ya, it sucks, but once again its a it is what it is typa thing. Play the game or dont, snail games and wildcard obviously don't care lol. They havent cared since Ark: Survival Evolved's release. I think the issue is being misunderstood a bit. It’s not just that they release new maps, it’s how often they do it. When a new map drops every one or two months, the previous one naturally gets left behind. Bugs stick around, polish stops, and even when fixes happen, they’re nowhere near the level you see in games that focus on refining a single world over time.
And the problem compounds. Every new map adds more things to maintain, but the team doesn’t grow at the same rate. So instead of a few well polished maps, you end up with a lot of maps that are all kind of unfinished. That’s been ARK’s pattern for years.

• Set Dino wipe when restart set to off

• set all outpost spawns maximum (10)

It would seem so. You could just go try destroying a couple lamps on the southern bridge to see what happens. In my case, they aggro super easy to me, bridge is safe, but walk into the city and hostile within 10 seconds

if you keep difficulty at default it's 1-30.. change DifficultyOffset in your ini to 1.0 to set that to a 5 fold; lvl5-150 (default is 0.2)
in general, as the island is a story map and a starter map the spread of higher levels is thinner.

i don't use nitrado, but i believe there's a checkbox/switch option somewhere to change the friendly field names to the ones the server uses. after that you can just use CTRL-F (Find, aka search) and look for those 2 i mentioned.
you can also go advanced and edit the ini themselves, but if you manage to find that switch you don't need to (some ppl find that scary)

We host on our own dedicated hardware without using Nitrado. We use a tool called Ark Server Creation Tool ASCT for short works great. A pc with 16 GB of ram can run 3 normal maps but maybe not a single lost colony map because of the memory leak issue. Which makes me suspicious that the reason the memory issue exists in the first place is to force Nitrado rentals

They follow a giga or charca better than feeding them element just never let it hit you. Then get it close to a alpha and out run it and pod the churcha and use element to lead it to vein

I’ve had one do that as well when I was taming them idk why though. It was almost like the vein spawning wiped the ones close by it out. So next time I kept it further away from the vein spawn and built a base on an oasisaur with sleeping pod and just stay logged in above him in sky to kept it in render while I waited on the vein to spawn
