Hi guys due to the customer support site being utter garbage i'm going to attempt to ask for help in here , what it comes down to is I'm Timing out / lost connection to host every time I kill something while riding a dino , i can play for hours with no issues , kill stuff by hand no issues but the moment I use a dino , I time out , I've verried files , unistalled all mods , tried multiple different grraphic settings , reset the skill tree ( as we had a feeling it might have been that , it wasnt ) tried everything even a complete reinstall hasnt fixed it

Hello guys, I need your help in something and idk if its just my pc or the last updates really fucked up a bit the games performance and theyre not planning in making lower end pcs run the game at good fps. I have a RTX 3050 Ti laptop graphics card with 4GBs of GPU, I know this is at most at the bare minimum of having decent fps in the game and thats why I had a mod with a script of commands where I tweaked a lot of things and thanks to that I could manage to play on the Island at 60 fps and in bigger maps like the Center at 50 fps but with the UE 5.5 update this is almost impossible to me due to the fact that the game runs at like 40 fps on the island plus the fact that I need to reload all textures due to blurry map takes a ton of fps so I dont know if people with lower end pcs managed to find other ways to have stable fps or should I just go back to ASE.

• Black screen -> restart the game helps
• Base not fully renderted -> relog until it renders
• HUD is blinking, char not fully downloaded -> mostly after transfer -> relog until it works

You could possibly upload things to the obelisk and then change your current server to Scorched Earth, then start it up and download (i think). someone else who's more familiar with doing single server transfers might be able to give more info

you should be able to do that.

I did that when I self-hosted on ASE PC xbox. since you can't host more then 1 server.

I also used the ascend command to force an upload to allow me to bring my survivor.

Closest I’ve been able to find myself is switching on/off the generator instead of each individual light but if I have other electricals also on that generator then switching the generator on/off isn’t ideal.

My tribe just got a CoC warning for blocking other people with our tames. Someone snuck into our base and claimed our baby dinos on pve. They were asking us to open our door while we were away from base. We asked why and they said they were stuck. Someone went back and found they had claimed our dinos. So we wouldnt open the door for them. They were cussing us out in global. Log on the next day and the enforcement team has deleted some of our tames inside of our base and given us a warning that worse things could happen in the future. Like talk about not even doing your job. You should at least go to the point that they report to see, oh wait, this is inside of another tribes base. Ark enforcement team has a terrible name for themself and I can see why

If you have a server that is running on your machine(not a non-dedicated session in the client) then its a dedicated server. Nitrado isn't the only way to have a dedicated server

Someone snuck into our base on official pve and claimed some of our baby Dino’s. We were away from base so we didn’t bother going back to open the door for them as they cussed us out. They reported us from inside of our base, and wildcards enforcement team deleted some of our Dino’s for blocking other players. Same day, they later removed all of our pillars around our base, metal farming spot, and meat running location. Blanketed wipe of all pillars. Took a few months break from the game, never had issues with FPS, now I decided to play some Ark and I’m getting massive FPS drops. This game runs like shit now. I've never had any problems with FPS always around 100 and now every 10-15 mins my FPS drops to 15 wtf? I tried older Nvidia drivers, I've tried regenerating the user settings ini file but nothing works. Game is unplayable right now

When you get in, tribe log is weird, you're called human and tames have no names.

The game exe. Should just be ark ascended.exe for some reason ark is asking for admin priviledges even if you are admin
