mid-high, some settings are much heavier than others. processor is basically irrelevant at the framerates you will be reaching. if you are not aware of the severe reliability issues with that CPU, you need to patch the motherboard immediately and likely replace the CPU. intel has extended warranty for them significantly

File verification and if the continues post that and you have another drive that isnt used as much reinstalling the game on the new drive to see if that addresses your concerns? Hello i am tring to get my settings to work to play the game smoothly. Rn i get 90 frames when looking down or up all settings on low and have a few ini settings as well. However I get only 6 frames when looking horizontal.

I went through the settings i have on hand and foliage.LODDistanceScale 0 when ran gives me 90 frames again but it makes it that rocks and trees appear in my face. i tried 0.1 and 1 and I saw no diffrence between both as they reduce my frames to 6 again.

is there another set of commands that influence foliage to get my fps up other than foliage.LODDistanceScale 0 and sg.FoliageQuality 0

Ever since most recent update(s) creatures do not spawn on Aberration (singleplayer) in any region, not just in the upper green/blue zone pathways/areas like before. Even wiped everything after backing up save file and removed all mods and nothing is spawning at all at the start in a brand new SP world. All other SP new worlds actually spawn in creatures still.
