It's cause I trapped it. I didn't know that patched that. Apparently, if the parent doesn't make it to the next within a set time, the baby will refuse to play until the parent checks the nest

Me and a colleague play on a Nitrado server and we had tamed Carnos. During the taming, everyone suddenly disappeared, so the dinosaurs were unconscious, and right where we wanted to see if the dinosaurs were still unconscious, they were either gone or dead, even though they still had general anesthesia or had enough food. My tribemates can beat alpha with two top stat rhinos. We shoulder pyro's and have cakes on tames. Occasionally, when we run people through, we have them ride theri but we're still rockin rhinos.

Gigas and carchas spawn in very specific areas. On the island that's the 5 mountain tops. They only come down if they chase something down, plus they are a very limited spawn. You are not likely to run into one unless you are looking for it. But if you do get caught out by a wild giga, then your tame one may well be dead unless you have a good saddle and high melee. Even a carcha needs stacks if you run into a wild giga, without it they don't get access to their healing or damage boost.

On the other hand, they aggro on pretty much everything, so they're usually trying to eat wildlife and you can often avoid them.

The spino spawns are pretty lacking on the updated Center map. Compared to ASE you would see one around nearly every corner of the rivers and volcano ponds. Our server died quickly due to this since alpha requires the abyssmal 25 spino sails

Add the map to the mods, then save it, switch to the mod map. Sometimes you have to start the server for the mod to take effect and then stop it and be able to switch to the mod map.

yeah, it took me a ton of tries to do it solo, the time is so small and reapers on the last stage destroy the armor
I had to use to use 2 very high damage tek rifle (around 150%) to do enough damage and switch between them when one is in cooldown

I also have around 20 beetles with a phiomia to get a lot of oil. I advise you to have carnivores always pooping just skip pyromanes

If you have the patience just get stim berries force feed phiomia you won't need more dinos close to the beetles
