How do we raise a ticket to request a restore? Another server crash and this time on a simple gamma Spider fight whilst we level our new dinos. Literally everything has died which is supposed to have been fixed but none of the server ticket options allow us to request a restore.

Its just another weekend of gaming that is spoiled by WCs non existent customer relations. Its all very well giving us 2X or 4X but it means nothing when the servers are so unstable that all the work you do raising dinos is undone in one boss fight. Its not like this is a one off. I just submitted a bug report. Dragon boss is destroying structures and tames outside of the arena. The tribes including us has been hit. Two of us live close together the other tribe is a good distance away. It killed my friend, destroyed my Tek suit and dragon fire lite up my carchars and took damage. Be aware this might be happening on ur servers as well.

Im having trouble comprehending how to move on past metal faze in ark evolved, ive watched countless YT vids and they all say i have to get access to resources i dont have access to so not really sure what to do next, tried to get crystal but the flyer i used was so low level i couldnt carry much and couldnt even get it home, I know oil is found in multiple places and I just dont know how to get it also same with chitin/keratin when i kill a few animals it gives a bit sometimes but never enough for what i need

The extinction titans? And on what dino? The forest and ice can be killed with decent gigas or carcha. But the desert flies so you need something else unless you put a giga on a quetzal platform saddle (done it before, it's funny). But the king titan needs way better dinos than the others, best is to tame the other titans to fight him.

with the boss dossiers - if your dinos are munching the corpse, that's why it's not being unlocked.

The mod notes being bugged is apparently only a display issue. which means the reason the 10+ lvls isn't happening is likely because Scorched notes are in the game files now.
